The program is set up to send student volunteers a reminder which is one of my favorite features!

Pros

The online tracking of student service has decreased paperwork. Easy to use at all levels

Cons

The only area that is frustrating software issue is the inability to go back.

We are posting volunteer opportunities in the community for our students and faculty. We track each individual's hours as well as the total hours for students and faculty as a whole.

Pros

The app is super user friendly. It easy to add opportunities and track volunteer hours.

Cons

The app does not link to the service organization so there were a few glitches with the organizations not being prepared for our volunteers.

Ease to track & report.

Pros

Easy way for student-athletes and coaches to log hours, post opportunities and run reports on community service. Reporting function is great!

Cons

Student-athletes sometimes do not download the app, but coaches can still add and validate hours very easily.

We will probably continue to use going forward. I really appreciated the emails asking who it was going and giving me hints on features.

Pros

The system is easy to use once you get the hang of it. The tutorials are also very helpful.

Cons

It is very hard to get people to go the site and actually use it.
