"Solid service, a little slow "

**Pros:** Plaid makes it relatively easy to connect your bank account with third party services, making integrations possible.

**Cons:** I personally think the process of connecting financial institutions is slow and clunky, requiring multiple screens and logins.

"Worth the Money"

**Overall:** It was easy to learn to use and has made account management a breeze. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone.

**Pros:** Plaid makes it so easy to process payments and support clients. I also loved the customer support. They were very helpful

**Cons:** I think its a little pricey and some of the bugs are annoying. Although customer service is amazing, its still inconvenient when it happens.
