I have used Ezee for now a year and all the time I have never been disappointed. The local support team are quick to help and online 24 hour support is excellent. I personally have referred ezee to several of my hotelier friends and some have signed up. Today i was supported by Jay who was very professional, tolerant and above all offered me excellent service with no complaints despite the weak internet connectivity. Thanks Jay and keep up the good work.

Overall, Front desk works quite well. Is has many items that actually help a lot. The only problem I have is that sometimes, it gets a bit slow sometimes, or rooms automaticly get blocked. That is a bit weird, but eventually they all work again.
