Pour le moment, je n'ai rien qui ne me fait penser négativement. Tout est facile avec ce logiciel Sarbacane

Support pas très réactif et en plus communique en anglais, toutes les vidéos et aides sont en anglais Suspension du compte alors que j'avais de l'aide pour la configuration du domaine, mais vu que le support aide n'est pas réactif, la suspension été plus réactive!

Ce logiciel m'a beaucoup aide à concevoir, envoyer et analyser des newsletters, des campagnes d'emailing et des automations marketing.

Pros

Il nous offre la possibilité de segmenter les listes d'abonnés pour cibler des groupes spécifiques, en fonction de critères comme l'âge, la localisation, ou les comportements des utilisateurs.

Cons

Je ne trouve pas pour le moment, si je détecterai un inconvenien, je ferai un autre avis.

Utilisation hebdomaire pour des mails très simple. Je n'ai pas d'enjeu lié à du CRM donc cela simplifie la gestion Email

Pros

L'accès à du conseil et des recommandations de la part du Service Client. La simplicité de la plateforme. La mise en page facile des emails

Cons

On peut être bloqué pour des mises en page plus complexe (type encadrement d'élément, taille des blocs images..). La retouche du code serait plus simple avec un éditeur dédié

Nous sommes globalement très content de l'utilisation de Sarbacane, sans compter l'accompagnement Exclusive qui nous permet d'avoir un suivi personnalisé tous les mois sur les performances de nos campagnes :)

Cons

Les blocs condi qui ne fonctionnent pas tout le temps. Des fonctionnalités qui n'existent pas que j'avais détaillé.

Cons

Je rencontre rarement des problèmes, et lorsqu'ils surviennent, ils sont facilement et rapidement résolus avec l’aide du service client. Les points négatifs pourraient être la gestion des contacts et les problèmes avec les filtres anti-spam.
