“Great Product, Support Needs Some Work”

ProsIt does what it's supposed to do and it does it well. I have no idea how I would found all of the cookies on my site without it. It really makes GDPR compliance simple.
ConsThe UX is pretty clunky but not the worst by any means. It did take a couple of tries to figure out where to go and how to correctly save my cookie settings. The support team needs a bit of help though. It took them over a month to respond to my question. To their credit, they did solve the issue that I was having.
