Cons None of significance, but a little niggle is when we use voucher discounts codes, but suffer when a refund of a product occurs as it gives the customer the full amount & not the discounted price back. Once input the system has dramatically improved and sped up day to day processes. Working with the iPages team has been exceptional. They genuinely care that the system works in the way that you need it to. They were on hand to give us guidance during the initial set up and bedding in period and are always very receptive and responsive to ideas and change requests. The continued customer service is outstanding, you know that they have become as invested in your business as you are, something that is always missing from the large SaaS providers. Pros The integration and functionality of the system has allowed us to get rid of our old clunky ERP and eCommerce site. The inventory management, sales and order processing are slick saving us time but the best things are the ability to create customer specific hidden account areas on our website and to create assemblies for manufacturing. We use the hidden areas to simplify customer orders and processing of exclusive products we manufacture for them. The assembly creation gives us integrated stock control at a component level with the ability to immediately see how many products we can manufacture with current component holdings before assembly. Once assembled the stock levels of everything adjusts automatically. The embedded SEO elements has also been great help which is being reflected in our rankings. Cons Still some work to be done on purchasing to completely automate the in/out stock flow process along with Xero integration but we know it is in hand and can't wait for the update. They always make me feel as though I'm important to their business. Pros As a complete non-techie person, even I can manage to find my way around. I do need a bit of instruction but then get the hang of things quickly as the platform is so simple to use. And I love the way my site looks. Cons No complaints at all! Anything I haven't been able to do has always been resolved after a chat with the support team. Pros We like the overall system structure and the way it supports all our business needs for a dynamic online presence. The updating of content is straightforward and quick and is controlled through a Single software platform without the need to have separate software licences. System is flexible and adaptable to the introduction of new features and functions.
