Mon expérience avec InputKit est très positive. L’outil est facile à utiliser, bien pensé, vraiment utile au quotidien vu qu'il nous a permis d’augmenter nos avis Google et de mieux comprendre nos clients. On gagne du temps, on est plus réactifs, et nos clients se sentent écoutés.

\-Très simple à utiliser, même pour les nouveaux employés. -Permet de récolter plus d’avis clients rapidement. -On voit clairement les retours en temps réel, ce qui aide à s’améliorer -Bon accompagnement de l’équipe InputKit dès le départ -Gagne beaucoup de temps grâce à l’automatisation

La facilité de sonder les clients. Le tableau de bord et de pouvoir répondre aux avis via une seule plateforme.

Cons

Pour vraiment bien l'utiliser, il faut adapter son logiciel client à InputKit.

Je recommande à 100% !!

Pros

Logiciel très simple à utiliser InputKit permet de communiquer à l’equipe l’appréciation des patients face à leur visite chez le dentiste. C’est un wow pour notre clinique !

Cons

J’ai l’impression que certains patients interprètent mal une question en particulier, ce qui nous donne parfois une note médiocre alors que le patient se dit 100% satisfait. J’ai toujours senti par contre que l’équipe d’InputKit avait le souci d’améliorer ce point. Aussi, certains patients trouvent que le sondage leur est envoyé trop souvent. Sûrement que ce point pourrait être modifié, je n’ai jamais demandé.
