In the company where I work we provide technical support to the different departments through the Zoho Mail email service, which allows us to easily organize emails and schedule the resolution of possible incidents in your calendar. Additionally, it gives us an identity as a company for our clients by being able to use our own domain.

Pros

Zoho Mail has many important features to highlight, for starters, the design of its user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. This software has other strengths such as a calendar that allows for better management of incoming emails. I must also point out that this software is multidomain, so it allows you to associate different domains in a single email.

Cons

What I really dislike about this software is its customer service, sometimes there are preventive locks because it enters from a location other than that you enter frequently and as the unlocking cannot be carried out by the same person, you must resort to your support team, and it really takes them a long time to answer.

Zoho Mail is a good software for a basic email usage like sending and receiving email or storing an email.

Pros

Hosting a business email with Zoho Mail is very affordable and they also offers a very good tools to managing the admin area and tools to filter the spam email from flooding my primary email folder. Great security comes with this service and feel secure suing this service.

Cons

Zoho Mail is on the lightweight categorize in term of email service software. There are no option to build a landing site from this software unlike other email services like Gmail.

I've been using the free version for domain mail for several years now and it has been very reliable, with very few issues. I've only needed support a couple times and was able to get the issues resolved. If their documentation was more clear and everything wasn't so cluttered, I would be more likely to try out their other services as well.

Pros

It is pretty easy to setup a general email account. The app has a nice design and is reliable, which is why I keep it instead of other apps.

Cons

There are too many features and the icons are sometimes so small that they blend in with everything else, so if you don't use it on a regular basis, you can easily get lost in the app. Same goes for the website.

I still use Zoho Mail. It has all the advantages of an email service such as spam filtering, virus, and malware protection, and custom signature. Zoho Mail has some attractive features as an email service. Also, the paid package is great, but the free package is more than enough for a normal user

Pros

Zoho Mail is a great alternative to the popular email service, it is quite easy to use and has a lot of functionality. It is easy to access and its intuitive interface makes it easy to adapt. It has the most common features, like its competitors. It also includes a calendar and a task manager for team collaboration. The paid version offers much more functionality. Regarding security, I have no complaints. I consider it to have a high level of security. One feature I really like about Zoho Mail, with the paid package, is the possibility to customize the domain name. Users of other Zoho services will appreciate having it because it integrates well with other products

Cons

Its user interface is basic, no change since I use it. It can be improved

My experience with Zoho Mail has been great, with it I can review all my emails from my company as if it were any other famous email platform.

Pros

I could write for hours the benefits of Zoho Mail and why I like it so much. I'll start by mentioning the user interface, it's one of the best I've tried and has nothing to envy of its competition. It has all the options that one looks for in mail, attaching files has never been so easy and the best thing of all is that it has a section where all the files that you have sent or received. It has excellent applications for smartphones, which allow you to check your mail and have great quality, work perfectly. Also applications to manage users and configurations.   Simply the best option for small and large companies to host corporate emails.

Cons

I like all of Zoho Mail, I did not like the interface very much but a year ago they updated it and now it looks spectacular.

Zoho mail service is a game-changer for small and mid-size businesses. It provides both free and paid service at a very low cost and has a very competitive feature. They have three separate option according to users choice. one for mails, one separate app for admin and another one is called steams- It provide unique look to mail box.

Pros

Multi-channel integration option which help us in becoming more productive and user friendly. It provide affordable plans with guaranty refund if we dont like the products. It provide both POP and IMAP support on demand.They also provide 24\*7 support to there application with remote assistant.

Cons

They only have one cons which is that they provide very low storage for the free version.

A different experience and something more secure and formal, also allows you to have your own mail which can only deal with matters related to the company where I am currently, plus its functions and features in the e-mail edition makes Zoho email a very attractive in the market, due to the high diversity offered by products with similar characteristics, in addition the sites in their email services are relatively cheap and efficient, which undoubtedly reduce costs to the company in terms of information technology in this case the email.

Pros

What is more useful is that you can create a totally personalized email and if we want to create a professional email with our own domain or that of the organization, it can be easily created, all thanks to the precise indications to which you can configure easily if so required, the interface and security are very good and according to different types of users and by design we can say that it becomes very friendly.

Cons

Sometimes the case may happen that we need to change the password for unknown reasons we can not enter, so it is necessary to create a secure one, as well as in some cases the confiuration can fail when creating an email with the own domain which can occur with different suppliers, in my case it happened once, and some colleagues is something similar, the rest works properly and continuously retaining its support and moderate quality.

Pros

Zoho Mail is my preferred email service platform to maintaining my personalized email address server because it is included with some other Zoho products that I use. Whitelisting and blacklisting services are critical for me since they prevent junk email from keep filling my inboxes. With the signature tools, I can add a professional addendum to my emails.

Cons

Although the customer has paid for a pricey membership package, the email interface could use some work. It now appears to be a subpar piece of software. To make matters worse, I can't get Outlook to work with the application. It keeps rejecting my connection.

Zoho mail is easy to deploy & manage. Plus, you can get started with it for Free, so, have been quite Happy with it.

Pros

My favorite feature in Zoho is being able to create Groups, this helps when sending email to people in a particular Department or organization wide, without needing to type in each email address. Zoho just take around 30 minutes to 1 hour for deploying and getting started with it. And, you can create up to 5 Emails for free with Zoho.

Cons

They don't provide Pop3 / SMTP Options with the Free Plan.

Zoho Mail's free package allows you to quickly and easily set up domain email hosting and test out their services to see if it's right for you, and for most people (myself included) it ends up working remarkably well. It walks you through all of the steps for setting up the domain and DNS settings, including DKIM and SPF settings that are necessary to ensure delivery of outgoing mail to most servers. The webmail interface, in particular, is very clean and functional, yet has advanced features behind the surface for when you need them. When you're ready to upgrade, the upgrade packages allow you to quickly do this, although there are a limited number of them and the prices can jump quickly, so they are best suited to small businesses. Overall, though, there are few to no better options in this area than Zoho's offerings.

Pros

Easy initial setup, convenient walk-through of DKIM and SPF settings, easy-to-use webmail interface, very-reliable mail delivery

Cons

Limited number of upgrade options, price packages jump quickly

### "Can No Longer Recommend To My Clients"

I used to highly recommend Zoho mail for my website clients to setup a custom email with their domain name for a professional appearance, however recently Zoho decided to pull access for imap for free users. This was a bad decision because now free users cannot test integration with native mail apps and are forced to only use Zoho's web mail or iPhone app. Although the iPhone app isn't bad most clients don't want to download another mail app when they are used to keeping all mail in their native mail app. It would've been better if Zoho limited the mailbox size for free users than to completely disable imap access. Many of my clients would start on the free plan and then upgrade to a paid plan when they needed more room. Unfortunately since Zoho no longer offers free imap access I no longer recommend Zoho to my clients and instead just set them up with a professional gmail account instead.

Pros

Interface is logical and UI is smooth, web mail, iPhone app, customizable push notifications, Gmail alternative, integration with custom domain names

Cons

They recently took away imap access for free accounts

Pros

Zoho Mail is a great option for collaboration within an organization and the extra features to easily share information in Notes, Chats, Calendar Events, and a number of other well-integrated methods.

Cons

The software is unique in its design and the features are powerful but can be confusing at times. Zoho Mail seems to follow its own rules for how the user interface works and it can feel unfamiliar when comparing to Google products or Microsoft products that many people are familiar with.

Pros

I really like most of the feature that Zoho Mail has provided, especially when i can use it to managing my own email domain name and using this software to setting it up. Zoho Mail also compatible and can easily integrated with other Zoho ecosystem software like Zoho Storage and Zoho Forms.

Cons

This software is not easy to use or to setting up a new email hosting with it especially for a novice user. Too many steps involved to setting up a somethings simple. The application for mobile device is also not too responsive unlike the web browser version.

After Gmail, if there is some name which comes to my mind about email is zoho mail, our full orgainsation is using zoho mail from last 6 years. we have never faced any issue no downtime, no bugs. very easy to use with short cut keys.

This is the only email client that we use at work. We love that it carries our business name. Zoho covers all of our email needs.

Pros

It's great that there is a free domain email. Ease of use, customizable interface, keyboard shortcuts. Moreover, Zoho mail is one of the most secure mailing service apps. Plus, the draft and editing tools are good enough to do things that I want. Sending mails with Zoho gives me a professional workspace with many valuable tools. In addition, the subscription price is fair. I like working with Zoho.

Cons

There isn't anything to dislike about Zoho Mail. However, it is worth mentioning that there is a delay in receiving emails sometimes. Maybe it's incompatibility with other mails, but I could be wrong about that.

Zoho Mail solved two huge problems for us: internal communication and professional company branding in our emails. We needed a platform to facilitate better communication within the company. We chose Zoho to begin with because it was free​ but found that its functionality surpassed what we were hoping for. Before we had been using free services that required us to cram our company name into the sender portion of the email (e.g., joe.mycompany@gmail.com). This looked unprofessional. Since moving to Zoho, all our outgoing emails now look professional​ and uniform with our company website dot com in the domain portion.

Pros

This email service does everything and more than we needed or wanted. It has spam filters (and they work!) You can organize and filter mail to automatically go to predetermined​ folders. You can set up and moderate several accounts for employees. You get to attach your​ own company/website name to the end of the email address (e.g., joe@mycompany.com). And it's totally affordable for small companies. 25 free user accounts and unlimited groups for free! Customer service is great for a free service. I have emailed them to report a problem​ and have received a response within an hour. The longest I had to wait was 24 hours, but it was during a peak season, so I'm not surprised. They are surprisingly​ attentive and timely for a free service.

Cons

It is a bit complicated and involved in regards to setup. Someone with a little knowledge won't have a problem. But if you have trouble setting up a gmail account, you'll definitely need some help with this.

I have used Zoho for a small consulting business that I run on the side, and have recommended many small business clients use it for their custom domain email addresses, and it has worked wonderfully for being free (for under 10 users, I believe).

Pros

I like that they have a free option for a limited number of users, which allows me to setup a custom email domain for myself and/or my clients fairly easily. They're mobile app (iOS) is great, and you can also connect to other third-party email clients.

Cons

The web app design used to be quite historic looking, but a recent upgrade has improved that greatly. Compared to Gmail or Outlook, it's still lacking a bit, but it's still intuitive, and works great. The other issue is setting up your custom domain's DNS records - sometimes it's difficult to understand how to install the DKIM security thing on your domain - but it can be done with some research.
