However, there are a few technological, communication issues to fine tune for the future. Pros Zoho mail has an excellent, easy-to-use interface while also offering many options for customization and integration with other leading business software. Cons There have been multiple issues with a delay on receiving my security code to login and it caused me to lose time at work until the system started working again. I found this cheap business email provider 2 years ago and have been with them since. I love how it integrates with my website etc. The mobile app is dope to, that way I’m able to recover and respond to clients emails on the go. Cons I don’t have any dislikes for Zoho mail in the capacity that I’m using it for. Of that 32 are upgrades. Pros They make pain point simple and free and upgrading is easy peasy lemon cheesy. Email at least 1 used to come with every domain. Today wait for the upsells and overpriced products. ZOHO allows to get a domain free to super cheap and fairly easy. Cons Support is slow but effective. I've to contact them a good number of times mostly for my own issues but the replies often took days. It got many collaboration tools and also great security controls to stay safe. Cons At the beggining the navigation can be confusing, specially when you come from common mail workspaces. But besides that all the features are great it only needs a little bit of time and use to get used to it. Overall, it serves its purpose as an email host. It occasionally fails to receive newsletters I send from my company. The only improvement I would appreciate is having the email content take up more screen space. Pros As an e-mail host, it does it's job. The user experience is simple and intuitive. There's not a big learning curve to using Zoho Mail. Cons As a user, I feel that the UI is a bit too cluttered, which detracts my attention from the actual content of the emails I'm reading/sending. I feel like the space given to the actual e-mail is too small and I would like the option to see it in fullscreen without having it popping up in a new window. I occasionally send newsletters - either from Mailchimp or EmailOctupus - that simply aren't received by my Zoho email (not even in the Spam folder), but that are received by my Gmail email. Never faced downtime and have some fantastic mobile apps. Pros Not every business can afford an email id with their domain. Zoho helped me by having a few emails for free. Setting up zoho mail is pretty easy and straightforward. The UI/UX is really good, I can access most of the features right inside the mail like to-do's, calendar, notes and contacts. Pricing has no comparison to other platforms. If you are looking for a basic email service this could be a budget friendly option. Cons I experienced issues with some emails and connection to servers. Compared to other platforms you have a more hands on attention to detail when you are first creating emails and connecting domains. You need to make sure you do this right. If you don't you might have to delete the email and all the information stored will be deleted. Pros Zoho Mail is very affordable compared to Google Workspace. The price point was what actually made us switched. The mail feature is loaded with very useful features to customize how things work. The inbuilt migration tool was very helpful and worked great. We had no issues at all moving several mailboxes from Workspace to Zoho. Cons It's hard to fault this wonderful platform. I've been with Zoho Mail for about 6 months now, but I'm yet to find something I don't like. I have no regrets. It's affordable, comes with many helpful features, and their support is always helpful. Pros Ease of use and affordable cost as well as the features. I can schedule emails to go out later. If I don't want to make a template because although sending out multiple emails it's just a one-off situation, I can use the "send as new email" feature. It also has good security. I like that I can sync with Outlook, which took care of the desktop issue for me. That's just part of it. They keep improving. Cons When Zoho Mail rolled out their desktop version, I was excited, then disappointed when I realized I had to be online to access it. The hoster suggested Zoho, a company I was not familiar with but had nice reviews. For a dollar a month I received an fully functioning email address that contained forwarding. After awhile I started looking at all of the other apps and became impressed. They have an app for Campaign, CRM and Meetings. They have free versions and for a few dollars more a month, a robust version. I decided to implement their suite for a new business of mine and when I set up my login, I made a huge mistake that took me about a 2 weeks to realize. I reached out to Zoho and received excellent support by phone and the engineer fixed the problem for me. He spent 45 minutes helping me. My other businesses use Google, and while Google is better known, they do not offer the support that Zoho does, or if they do, it is a hidden secret! Cons I think I am limited to the number of recipients on an email. The number maybe 50 which is low for my need. I will have to work around that. I have 80 in my contact list! Review Source SC Sma C. The customer support is top-notch and always willing to help you out with any issue you're having. I've had zero issues with this service since I signed up and it has been a while now. What I like the most about this tool is that they are consistently adding new features, which is pretty impressive for a free email application. Pros I use Zoho Mail for my business and it is the best email app I have ever used. I've tried Gmail, Outlook, and Spark but none of them compare to Zoho Mail. It is easy-to-use and intuitive with a great layout that's easy on the eyes. The spam protection is top-notch, even when dealing with spam sent through inboxes like Gmail. I can't recommend this software enough! Cons I love Zoho Mail. It's a great way to keep all of my mail in one location, cloud-based, and easy to access from anywhere. If GSuite didn't have a free nonprofit program we probably would've stuck with Zoho Mail. Pros Well, the best thing about Zoho Mail is that there's a free version that you can use with your own corporate domain. This was super useful for a magazine that I started on the side—we didn't have much funds to start with, yet needed professional emails (i.e. reaching out with @gmail.com to interview people is not going to cut it)... and Zoho Mail was able to fill that need. The feature set was also pretty adequate... we could set up email forwarding to our regular addresses, but the inherent Zoho Mail UI was also decently functional as well. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the spam filter...I didn't expect the free version to do so well with marking spammy requests away. But hey, it's hard to beat free! Cons So we ended up switching to GSuite Gmail after getting formal nonprofit status for the magazine, given nonprofits can get free GSuite. This was because Zoho doesn't offer as much storage, nor consumer-grade integrated/cloud-based productivity tools like GoogleDocs or Google Sheets. Review Source JM Javier M. Pros First off, let me say, that the user interface has VASTLY improved. If you used it in the past and were not impressed, give it another try. Secondly I like the fact that it is enterprise ready. Even the free account lets you use all the SMTP, third party domains, security features, etc. Also it is FAST. The UI runs really quickly and even if you have a large amount of emails it runs really quickly. Finally, its integrated with all the other Zoho tools.
