It gives the same features as GSuite, with 25 users free and 5GB per account. What more you can ask for. It is perfect email solution for SME, Startups. Pros So many positive points this one has: 1. Free for 25 users. 2. 5 GB per account. 3. Seamless start in 15 min. 4. Highly Secure. 5. Free Mobile App 6. Inbuilt team chat 7. Easy Dashboard 8. White Label Email 9. Super Cost effective as compared to Gsuite. Cons For the cost it is at, I dont have much complains. However, support can be a lot better. Mail Filters and search can be better. We have used the tool for 4+ years, and one thing that has impressed me is the continuous improvement in the tool. Zoho mail has come up a long way to improve the look and feel of their solution. Pros Zoho mail is super intuitive and easy to use. Anyone using gmail or outlook will find that transitioning to Zoho mail is quick and simple. The functionality to send and receive email is what you would expect of a mature solution. Besides, with the premium version (which is much more affordable) you can also access Zoho mail from your gmail, outlook, or third party app in your phone. If you choose to use the free version, you can simply download their mail app. Cons The one limiting factor in the free version is space. It only provides 5 GB compared to 15 GB in gmail or outlook. They offer 2FA, which some of the alternatives don't. They also provide macOS and iOS apps, which is very nice for a change. I also like how they offer a free service for a single domain so that you can test their service out. This free offering might even be enough for some people, possibly myself included! Pros Easy to use, easy to set up, user-friendly, it has multiple device applications, more services available. Cons Free version has small storage capacity but paying for more makes it worth it if you are using all their other integrations. I connect my devices to it through IMAP and it works flawlessly. Functionalities are similar to other providers (filters, automatic reply etc). Pros I liked that it allows anyone to get started in their business for free with a professional custom email address. It has many professional level features with no charge whatsoever. I greatly appreciate Zoho's excellent offering and hope to use more of their services in the future. Cons I don't like that there seem to be almost too many services offered all in one package. Because of that, it seems like quality suffers a little bit of the core. It would probably be better if they just focused on their core features. They've done a great job for a free product. Love how much faster dealing with various emails can be. Features and ease of use are great and make life a lot easier. Zoho has a ton of functionality that we are only now tapping into. Increased privacy by not having email on Google makes me feel better. Did have an issue and customer support was awesome at getting into it and resolving it for us! So having it all in the same ecosystem is great. I love that I can customize it to the way I like, which is a common thing with Zoho software. It's been very stable and the servers are fast, and I have very few complaints! Pros As a user of several other Zoho products, I finally made the switch to Zoho Mail as my mail platform. I love that it integrates with other products in the Zoho line. Zoho Mail has been a very reliable and secure mail platform, with multiple layers of security and verification you can implement to avoid your emails going to junk. And you can customize the platform quite a bit. Plus, you can still check it using any mail application if you prefer not to use the online interface. But overall, the best things about Zoho Mail are the stability, the customizability, and the integration with other key Zoho apps. It has worked great. Cons I really wish the calendar and tasks and their integration with Zoho Projects was a little more polished. Right now, I don't enjoy using the tasks in Zoho Mail because you can't see which projects they are a part of easily, and it's hard to manage the tasks themselves that come from Projects. Zoho mail was a perfect fit and we've used it for the past 3 years or so without problems. It has also reduced a lot of the friction we used to have with e-mails. Pros I really like the clean, and customizable, interface offerred by Zoho mail....NO ADVERTISEMENTS! Also , due to it's setup and connected to our shared hosted server, I, and those who I've given permission to, can access it from any computer or smartphone and we can keep track of all messages received and sent! Cons The setting it up with your server's setting was initailly quite daunting...I'm not an expert at these things and it took a leap of faith. Thankfully the instructions were quite detailed. It's also has the best upload speeds of 0.5s compared to its competitors and it also gives user ability to upload files of 20mb attachments which is pretty good. The amazing bit is that it incorporates a business tool that can be used for analysing projecting revenues and business projection. Cons Customer support takes too long to respond. I left an enquiry note which took 3days to respond.They also charge high amounts for a user to access additional storage. I changed over from GoogleMail because I'd receive way to much spam. The interface is easier on the eyes and I can also use it straight from my desktop without having to open up google chrome and go on a separate browser to reach my email. It is now my permanent mailing system. I will also use it to integrate into Zoho CRM for email automation. Zoho mail has done a great job with all its features. Pros I like that it's very functional and has a fast loading speed. I like the look of it more than Gmail. It has many cool marketplace add ons that you can integrate into other Zoho applications. Zoho mail is free to use but provides a lot for everyday email users. I've never had any problems with Zoho mail. The customer support is good as well Cons What I least liked about this software was not being able to change colours in the calendar through Zoho mail. Not a big issue. I just want to see my calendar clearly with the right colour text while I'm in Zoho mail. Zoho mail I think could also provide more space storage but again not an issue for me as I don't need much storage. Reason for choosing Zoho Mail Zoho mail is free, I was able to build a business email in seconds and it has a lot of features to go along with it. For the price, it is very much recommended. Cons Even though I know companies must have benefits, the fact that they don't let you use a custom client in the free version is a bit disappointing, but nevertheless is still a great client. November 2, 2022 5.0 Zoho Mail is an excellent choice for educators because of the collaboration tools that are included, as well as reduced spam and optimal security.The user friendly address book is another excellent feature. Pros Zoho Mail has an excellent UI that allows me to work efficiently. POP and IMAP are supported as well as two factor authentication.Zoho Mail integrates with other Zoho software such as Zoho Notebook. All of these are cost effective and most include a freemium version. Cons It should have a little more storage in the freemium version.
