So far, I have not had any of my emails end up in the junk box or spam folders of my contacts. Pros \- Ease of use: Zoho makes using the dashboard almost a 'familiar' experience right from the first time - Not too expensive and great for small businesses, entrepreneurs - It allows you to ensure your email does not end up in the "Junk" or Spam folders of your contacts - You can add users in your team to view a draft email and share thoughts before you send it. Excellent to save time and improve productivity. - Easy to navigate the settings/options menu. - Clean user interface Cons Zoho Customer support could improve. Owner Arts and Crafts Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Zoho Mail was the perfect solution for my new business - free tier offers everything I need" February 18, 2020 5.0 When looking for an email solution for the company I was starting with my wife, the three main requisites were (1) support my brazilian (.com.br) domain, (2) easy setup and management and (3) low cost. Researching on the internet for the alternatives (there are hundreds of email providers) the solution that matched by needs was Zoho Mail. The limited number of users in the free tier is enough for me, the setup was quick and easy and both web and mobile (iOS and Android) apps are really good. I do recommend it for small businesses. Pros The setup to support my company domain (.com.br) was easy and fast. There is a free tier with limited users that was enough for my small company. Translated to many languages. Cons I had no issues so far and no needs that weren't met. My only observation is about the interface of the web app that is a little bit cluttered and confusing. I dint want switch to another one from this. This provides me all the facilities that I need. So I have a very positive attitude regarding this app. Pros Zoho mail is very fair email platform for business purposes. The reason I mostly like to the zoho mail than other platforms is it allows to managing our damain email. Another one is it permits to create multiple account for free. Anyone can use easily due to simple interface. So I recommend zoho mail for all of you. Cons there are no considerable issues in this platform. The webmail interface is good, i like the dark theme very much. The storage is plenty and everything works as it should. They also have good support by email and very detailed instructions on their website. Cons For sure the weak point is spam filters, they need to improve them. The change they did in the free plan, leaving it only for webmail (removed pop3/imap access) for new users. But it's amazing of them that they left it for free for the old customers. Pros I have used Zoho for a short time, but I can judge that Zoho Mail is the best at giving you professional mail, and what I like most is that you can get a lot of features like message storage space that is enough for your use and all this is free for a lifetime and I have never had any problems with mail as it receives and sends messages without problems or delays, so far I like the site and it is easy to use. I recommend Zoho to everyone who wants your professional mail for free for life with great features, and if your workspace is bigger, they also offer various plans that you can subscribe to. Cons I had no problems using the site, either at first when registering and linking the site to my domain. You ran into some minor issues, and depending on the company the domain was leased from, you might not see these issues. Recent updates have made the Zoho UI very intuitive with many of the features of Gmail such as folders/labels, tabs, and smooth integration with contacts. Cons Zoho charges to keep your data private. It would be nice if it were free, but at least my data is not being sold or shared. Like Google, it has a suite of apps that work together in a unique ecosystem. Transitioning from the Google ecosystem to Zoho is a bit clunky and Zoho could do a better job of providing tutorials and customer support for onboarding new customers. Cons I have trouble keeping it connected. I update my password and it seems like it works, but not for very long. I don't know if I've ever really been able to send emails from the potentials. My team can, but mine always says something about authentication. Apparently, during the set up I ended up with Duplicate accounts and I think the wires get crossed and no one has been able to fix it. This makes it extremely beneficial as you can keep track of things such as tasks,​ reminders, notes, and dates for your business all in one client. Pros Zoho Mail essentially has all of the modern features that standard email provides as well including great productivity additions such as Notes, Tasks, and Calendar applications within Zoho Mail. I found this extremely effective as when I received mail previously I would have to hand write important information such as dates and tasks instead I can do it all within one client making it much more efficient. Cons One thing I disliked about the Software is the UI (User Interface) To me it wasn't as aesthetically pleasing to​ look at however Zoho has made up for it by its excellent functionality. However my enthusiasm has waned as they've watered down the free plan to remove a few key features (IMAP/POP, specifically). Still a great solution, but used to be better. Pros I really like how well Zoho Mail works together with other tools in the Zoho suite, plus they have decent pricing for standard plans. Cons I don't like that Zoho recently removed IMAP functionality for new Mail accounts signing up for the free tier, it was definitely a blow to the overall value. Because it integrates with Zoho CRM, emails sent through Zoho Mail appears in the Contact or Lead records in Zoho CRM. When I frequently send mail to a group of people, it auto suggestion the group when you send an email to an individual person in the group. I would love for Zoho to add the ability to track opened email like in Zoho CRM. Pros All of the available features and it integrates well with Zoho CRM. Cons Can't schedule emails you reply to. This helps too much. Pros The configuration is very easy. It has functions of Notes, calendar, tasks, bookmarks, private messages. It offers greater protection against phishing and phishing emails. Collect your messages from other email accounts so you can see them in a single inbox. Cons In new accounts, you can not use some features in the free version, such as Active Sync and IMAP, which is still an incredible application. A big thank you to the creators! Pros Zoho Mail has been a saviour since Gmail stopped providing email hosting for free. This really helped me to save some good money. The initial setup was easy and there is no need to work with any developers. Just follow the instructions :-) Cons I mainly check my emails from an iPhone and although Zoho Mail has a robust app for this purpose, I never seem to have gotten used to the user interface.
