Pros By the time that I started with this software, I was able to register for free and create as many as 20 email accounts. I do not need to say that it was perfect for my small business. Besides that, there were available the mobile apps (iOS and Android), so I was able to receive real time notifications when new emails arrived. I still have access to those features by the way. I really like that they have three inboxes in the same email account. Let me explain: Inbox (for normal emails), Notifications (only for notification emails) and Newsletter (only for newsletters). This way, emails do not get mixed such as other email platforms. I find this feature really useful. Cons I think that they changed pricing plans and most of features, or the way they used to present them, have changed. For example, the free plan does not include mobile apps. It brings you 25 free email accounts for your own domain. It's a great option for startups and small companies. The paid plans are great for growing your business because Zoho mail has cheaper plans rather than Google suite. Zoho still has a free level but I've had several clients upgrade to paid plans. The software is actually more user friendly than Google Apps anyway and much, much cheaper. Cons Can't say I've found any cons. They did have that issue with accessing services during the flood in India a couple years ago but they seem to have fixed that and added extra server capacity. Haven't had any issues since. I will continue to use this product. Pros The Features that I like most about Zoho Mail are the integrations. It makes life so much easier at work. Cons The features I like least about Zoho Mail is the cost. It is a little pricey, however I can justify the cost because of how easy it is to use, and the benefits to my workflow. Cons About the ZohoMail app, new message notificaton doesn't pop up (like Google Gmail) app does, until I open the Zohomail app before my new messages pops up. I got a spam mail from an anonymous that my account has been hacked, while this person also sent my zohomail login details to me, I was totally surprise with this I really doubt the security alertness of Zoho Mail. August 29, 2018 5.0 Pros I was tasked with finding simple, reliable and easy to setup email server for a small business. I didn't believe Zoho mail when I first found it but I was proven wrong, Zoho mail had everything I wished for, it was easy to setup, easy to use and reliable. I have set up the email within an hour and everything was up and running with a couple of hours. There was no looking back after that. The sweetest thing about all the experience is that Zoho mail is absolutely free. Cons There is really nothing you can complain about when you can set up an email server at free of cost and it does everything that is expected. Zoho mail is easy to setup and then easy to use thereafter. Zoho mail provides a mobile app which is available on the Google Play store and is completely featured with all the necessary functions. With Zoho mail app, we can manage multiple accounts easily, we can see all the emails from all the inboxs in a single Folder called Unified Folder. Zoho mail provides the best service to its Business Email users too, we can get a business email with our own domain name easily. Zoho mail is an alternative to other big Email service providers because of its new ideas and exclusive services. Cons Zoho mail offers all the necessary features and functions from its side but still I am facing some issues with it. The major issue while using Zoho Mail is that I am not able to register on some sites using Zoho Mail as an email verification, they don't accept Zoho Mail which always forced me to use Gmail or other Emails to register on those sites. So, most of the sites and companies aren't trusting Zoho Mail as a legit Email service. Other problems of Zoho mail are its app optimization and some app crashing problems. Pros It shows you all your emails in a simple way and you can access them without problem. You can even see the attached files and also the categories of emails that you could have created. Cons There are occasions when the thread of the same email is displayed in a somewhat strange way. It has happened to me that I enter the received mail and it only shows the previous one. It used to take me around 15-20 minutes to send one mail but now with zoho I can do it in just 5 minutes Pros The feature I like the most about zoho mail is the ability to create groups. This helps while I'm sending the mail repeatedly to particular group of people or users without having to type each email address again and again. Second thing I like the most about zoho is how easy it is to setup a business email. I've to say its one of the best in Indian market since no local email provider is offering such ease of deployment. Also, the prices are affordable, which is a plus in this case. Cons 1\. I cannot switch between multiple accounts. Everytime i want to access other email, I've to log out and log in with different account. There should be an option to switch between accounts just like gmail. 2. They need a lot of work on Ui/Ux. 3. They need to work on conversation threads, sometimes they're bit confusing.
