Despite the shortcomings listed above, I will always have Zoho mail.

Pros

It's sleek, user-friendly and uncomplicated by an endless menu of options. It also provides entre to a suite of platforms such as Zohowriter, Zoho meeting etc. Perfect for a start-up e-mail business.

Cons

Fewer options for style and personalization than Outlook, for example - meaning limited fonts and text and background colors. It can also be dodgy when it comes to uploading graphics.

I love how easy it is to setup and get working with Zoho Mail. IT is easy to add new users and groups. I love there software.

Pros

The ease of use and all of the functionality makes Zoho Mail may go to for all business email integrations.

Cons

I can find very little wrong with their service. The only thing I would say is I wish there were more features with the free plan but then again the paid plans are very reasonable and competitive.

Pros

ZOHO Mail allows me to work easier and faster with its great organization features. Attachment is possible and filtering is good with ZOHO Mail. PDFs can also be attached to each email. The plug-ins are great and very useful, these make my job easier and lighter. With the other possible ZOHO integrations, more jobs can be tackled and done. ZOHO does a great job with all their software, so many possibilities. With a very helpful tech support, everything becomes easier.

Cons

I have not encountered any difficulties so far while dealing with this software.

I feel comfortable using Zoho, I set up a few emails for my company and it works seamlessly. I have also installed the mobile app which allows me to keep my emails always with me.

Pros

It's very cheap and is easy to set up as well, they guide you througout the whole process making it easy for beginners like me.

Cons

It's confusing how to acces the admin console, also you cannot have multiple email accounts opened on the same browser, so you have to log out each time you want to login in a different email from ZOHO

Google Workspace is more expensive, it offers a lot of utilities that I don't really need so you can save money with Zoho if you do not need those Google tools either.

It's been nice for all these years. I have come and gone with a bunch of different domains, but they keep adding features that matter.

Pros

This is a reliable and amazing email service. Amazing pricing, never had any issues with it. You'll get pop, smtp, app for your phone, webmail, a whole bunch of configuration.

Cons

The support takes a while to reply, but you'll barely use it if you are familiar with email features and configuration.

The mail program was the best part of overall didn't work for us.

Pros

Initially it appeared it would be the best choice for my sales team. But the customer support was terrible. Only once we found a local person (whom we had to pay for) did we get some of our issues resolved. I did like that it integrated with gmail. That was probably the most positive part of the software. We have switched to Maghub and so far (since March) we are extremely happy.

Cons

It wasn't set up for newspapers better fit for manufacturing.

Reason for choosing Zoho Mail

At the time, we thought it was best fit.

Pros

This is the best emailing solution for everyone from small scale industry to full fledge organizations. Helped us in dealing with clients in more professional way. Tool also helped us by providing inbuilt note making facility where we can create some important notes for future use. We can also schedule email to specific clients. speed is good as there is no delay in sending or receiving emails. always emails were sent with a click without any error or delay.

I never experience any negative stuff in Zoho. I was very bappy that it’s for free!

Pros

Excellency at it’s finest! I’ve been using Zoho for too long now and it never bring me down. I love it’s simple interface and it’s been consistent, perfect for business. I can do a lot of business stuff in Zoho that I cant do in Gmail, Yahoo etc. Kudos to Zoho!

Pros

What I like most about Zoho Mail is the ease of use. It's quick to setup and get started. It's very intuitive for anyone who has used Outlook or Gmail.

Cons

Sometimes Zoho Mail is a bit clunkier than Outlook (ex. email signature management), but for the price (there is a great free model), it's outstanding!

Zoho mail is good for Professional purposes

Pros

automatic spam detection and automatic threads deletion is handled carefully by the Zoho mail and security is also good and unwanted emails are detected automatically and moved to a separate folder.

Cons

Zoho mail consists of many subdivision folders in it so it is not easy to identify the notification emails easily and since it is created for office purposes, it is complex for the personal use

We have been using zoho mail in our company for more than 5 years and we have never had any big issue, we are more than 15 people in the team and we are all very happy with the platform, very few times it has stopped working. If you have a problem, they solve it very quickly.

Pros

It is a very easy platform to use in our company, the emails come and go quickly.

Cons

During all the time we have used zoho I have not found any inconvenience with the service

I've used Zoho mail by quite some time, I'm very impressed and happy about the features and prices they have, a lot of options and it was pretty easy to setup, all product tiers are very well explained, you are going to have a very nice user experience, totally worth it. I'm planning to keep being a client from Zoho for a long, long time.

Pros

Easy to use. Constant Improvements. A lot of documentation. Very easy to create and manage user accounts, groups, signatures. Using it on the phone is very comfortable. Has phone app (but I don't use it because I'm old school). Very nice quality overall.

Cons

I don't really have much to say about cons, sometimes there are bugs, but I've seen that they fix these things very fast.

Reason for choosing Zoho Mail

First of all, cost, then with all the features and constant improvements I feel very, very satisfied, I already recommended it to other entrepreneurs and people who actually ended up becoming clients as well and everyone seems to be very happy.

I have been using different email organization software for a while now and it seems like ZOHO Mail is the one that works well for me and my professional needs. The filter features work well with me but with the well-organized layout, I rarely use the filters. It is amazing.

Cons

The recent update is glitchy and needs more improvement. It seemed to slow down since the recent update.

I am very happy with Zoho mail, It does what I need and you certainly cant complain about the price!

Pros

This is a great product! as is ZOHO in general, It is not difficult to setup and if you do have any problems contact Customer Services, they are on the ball and really helpful! the system is very robust and secure, and lings in with my other apps and website well.

Cons

Some of the mail option setups can be a touch annoying, the newsletter and notification tags can get in the way, I find myself constantly having to switch to find the email I want. but in general it is very easy to use, like any other email host it can be down to personal choice, I had an issue with mail from my website, but ZOHO CSV helped me fix the issue very quickly.

It does what I need and the price point for a company my size is perfect.

Pros

It's easy to set up and is reliable and I like that I can use my yubi key with it.

I can't think of any but last time I recommended the free tier to someone it looked like it had been neutered significantly.

In general, I am happy with the user interface and features as well as security that Zoho Mail offers. I would recommend it to anyone who needs an email with the company domain.

Pros

We were able to set up our mail using the company custom domain and were able to represent the company in a very professional way.

Cons

The Zoho Mail app was very glitchy. I had to set up Outlook to be able to receive my mail without issues.

Overall, my experience with ZohoMail has been comparable to other name brand email providers. I can't complain, I can send and attach documents or images with ease. I receive all my emails just like any other software and its a great option for my small non-profit.

Pros

Zoho Mail works like any other "big name" software, but it can be a little basic. That's good though, that is what I like about it. I can send and receive all my email easily. The user experience is very easy to learn and has everything you'd ever want in an email interface.

Cons

When I first started using the software, it was a little dated but there have been many improvements since I first integrated Zoho into my company.

### "Great Email Solution For Small Businesses!"

The Customer Care Team is awesome! As previously mentioned, I had issues with the initial set up for my business account. I contacted the Customer Care Team and one of the members explained what had occurred. He helped me to set up my account in no time. The agent was courteous, patient, and had a great sense of humor!

Pros

When I decided to get a professional email for my business, I didn't know where to start. I asked around and Zoho was touted as being inexpensive and user-friendly by many. I found that to be true as there were various options to fit anyone's budget. Being that I was just starting out, I opted for the Lite Version which at the time was $1 a month billed either monthly or yearly. I plan to continue after my year is up. For the user-friendly aspect, I will say that I love how I am able to create and color code tags for emails! A \*great\* boon for those of us who get inundated with so many emails. This feature has saved me so much time in wading through and organizing emails. The tasks and calendar are great tools as well yet I am old school in that I prefer to have an actual hardcover planner for such details.

Cons

The only issues that I had encountered were during the setup process and I would chalk that up to user error. I had some difficulty in understanding the technical jargon and couldn't understand why I was initially unable to do the set up with my new domain. Design is more my cup of tea.
