Because still i use zoho mail and no decision to change zoho to another vendor. All tools i got from zoho mail. Pros There many time i've lost to start make my business email with other vendor. Firstly i start to use webmail, But there i can't get full feature, what i need. Picture not allowed in webmail, Then i start to find another tools to make my business mail by my website. At last i found zoho mail and first time it's gave me 25 free business email business by my website. It's work very fast, Feature, Calendar, task, Project all is perfect. It's make my work very fast. Cons In Zoho mail, i got Calendar, Task and project. It's make my worker very fast. That's why i mostly like this. Zoho mail have a mobile and Desktop App besides the web app so you may use witch best works for you. Cons What I like least about this software is the UX of the Web App, everytime that I want to access throug the web its difficul to remeber the link and when you find it the home page is a lot of advertising of the platfform and sometimes the login button on the upper right cornner is not there, so it's very tedious for me everytime that I want to login on the web. The other thing that I don't like is that you are not able to login with two or more different account as you can do on gmail, so everytime that I want to check my other Zoho Mails I need to logout and login again Review Source DH Dan H. I use the Zoho Mail app all day long. Voice dictation just kept cutting off. I submitted a ticket THROUGH the app, and someone got back to me right away. They sent me a message hours later, saying it was an issue on their side. The next day, they send me another email saying they had fixed the issue and an updated version was on the app store. And it worked, they fixed. I am amazed at their customer service! Pros What is not to like. It's like running your own email server, without having to. You can configure almost any imaginable option, and run your mail tailored to your business. Cons Their free accounts no longer have POP or IMAP access, which is annoying, but the basic setup for a paid account is cheap so not really a big deal. It is great to use. Pros You can get all your messages from other emails that you may have had in the past showing them all under one inbox. This is gives ease of use. Even if the size of the files that you want to attach may be wanting, one good thing about Zoho mail is that it with emails that you may be sent, you can preview them without having to download it. New features that have appeared over the years and changes in the user interface have made Zoho Mail one of my preferred email services. The applications for mobile and desktop works great. Cons I think one of the features that need improvement is the admin UI. Although the mail interface feels modern and easy to use, the administration was left in another era. I would recommend anyone exploring the market for an email host to start with the free version to see if it meets your needs and then upgrade based on your requirements. Pros I run a small business as a side hobby along with my primary work. And I needed someone for email hosting. Zoho turned out to be the perfect thing. Their pricing is super flexible and for a small side business (like mine) they even offer a free version that lets you set up your email hosting and use it for free. Dont let the "free" bit bring you down, even the cheapest/free option is fully feature packed. Its also really simple to set up. We used GoDaddy and Zoho will give you step by step instructions, including pictures on how to set it up. It had me going withing 15 minutes of signing up. And I was able to add additional users effortlessly. VERY highly recommended. Cons The web interface is a little clunky. We use the integrated chat feature to communicate easily with each other. Cons There are occassional glitches - like the search feature just won't work for a few hours. Or there was a hacking incident last year that stopped all email. But the issues are usally fixed quickly and I have had issues with any other provider I've ever used (Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook and small custom services). Reason for choosing Zoho Mail Cost is lower than many other business mail services, and its very feature rich. It has basic functionality and features and for free, the value is great. I like that you can customize colors of the interface and that it has ability to create calendar reminders, as well as organize your mail and give free access. Cons I don’t like that you can’t double click on an email to open up like it would on outlook. I don’t like that certain features don’t always work like adding my photo to my mail account. It has virtually all the features you could could ever want in a mail platform and is easy to setup and use. The best part is that the support from the team is excellent; fast response and they pretty much always have an answer for me immediately. Pros Easy to migrate from other platforms Great features Granular controls Easy to host multiple mail domains Nice, intuitive management interface Cons The filtering and rules capabilities of the system are not ideal.; there are some filtering rules I want to implement which are not currently possible. However, I mentioned it to Zoho support and they have told me that they will put my suggestion on the development roadmap, so hopefully this will no longer be an issue soon! It is really easy and simple to setup your own domain and create email addresses. Zoho provided mobile app which was not available earlier and it works so smooth. Referral process is so nice that you can increase the number of email addresses to 25 by just referring it to your friends and if they set it up by your given referral. I can easily say that its a good competitor of Gmail. Cons Previously SMTP setup was available with the free version to setup email client apps which support Zoho has stopped for free users.
