Zoho also offers awesome control panel that makes everything easy, intuitive and it's free. You get to setup up to five free users for sending and receiving emails. Cons I found it hard to import contacts from other social media sites. Mail are grouped by subject at times it’s easier to organize. An app available to download on phone. Cons The software easy to be hacked. Twice had to make changes due to notice of possible hacking. December 4, 2018 5.0 I have to say that it's one of the best free email providers that gives you DKIM&SPF records! Pros I really liked that Zoho mail allows you to use your own custom domain name. All you need to do is point to their provided MX record and use their DKIM&SPF records. Cons Sometimes Zoho mail starts updates without notifying to their clients. June 30, 2020 4.0 It's been a smooth ride so far and I can't complain. Pros Amazing provider! Communicating with my team has been pretty seamless. It's pretty easy to understand, good UX and great customer support. Cons It would be great if the mobile app had a couple more features. Setting up mail forwarding and even creating email signatures has to be done via the desktop. It could be better. Pros That is free and great for startups we can create email accounts with the domain of the company also the web clients and apps are great. Security and deliverability of Emails is top-notch and might even consider subscribing to them once the business expands. But once the email was sent from anmin account, it was thoroughly responded after sending certain details. Zoho gives its best platforms for campaigns, expenses, CRM etc, but the best about Zoho is its customet support. Pros I love almost everything about Zoho and Ive been using Zoho Mail for a year along with its other platforms. The most I like about this software is its features like scheduling, managing contacts etc. It is also super easy to use. Everything looks just a click away. It offers almost the same things as Google's G Suite. Pros Good user experience. Easy to customize email filters, email settings. It is the cheap alternative to G Suite. Cons You can't use the email forwarding option on the free plan. When setting it up, I have experienced a few problems and had to switch to the older version of Zoho. Pros Sending a mail on Zoho Mail is very swift. Also, Zoho Mail helps to my teammates to boost our communication speed by collaborating with each other efficiently. Cons The desktop interface needs few alterations as I personally don’t like it. The update in the desktop interface of Zoho Mail must be included as the existing interface looks unpleasant to work. I am a single entrepreneur needing only two email addresses, so I went for their free account. After many hours getting set up, importing contacts, editing my contact list, I ran into trouble and emailed for support. 36 hours later, I have not received a reply. Then I went to add my second email address and my contacts disappeared, I could not log in. When I tried to set up the domain again, the error message said the domain already existed though it was not listed under my user name. The last time I was able to view my contact list, all contacts had disappeared completely so instead of over 100 contacts, there were none---so much for hours of work. Zoho's documentation is pathetic. I found myself searching all over the place for any information about adding users and what their concept of "groups" were (it differs from regular email programs significantly) and never found any good explanation. Each time I clicked on something, it opened a new tab on my browser and soon I had 10 or more tabs open, still not having found what I was looking for. The only support if you use the free service is via email and the delay at responding to my two emergency-rated emails is, well, they still have not responded so who knows how long. The gist of my experience: lousy documentation, unreliable email handling,poor customer service. I do not recommend. Pros I only was trying to use the mail app and it seemed primitive and then malfunctioned in a big way, so I am not feeling there is any pro other than I didn't have to pay to waste time and effort. It's reliable and very fast. Sorting of mails is great too. Cons Most marketing mails that are blasted often ends up in the spam folder. March 25, 2022 5.0 I have had plenty of benefits since switching to Zoho Mail, including quickly reaching my staff and sharing information to them instantly. Calendar is really easy to use and I can even create a link to Virtual meetings with one click. Pros I like "Mail" due to the ease of deciphering categories throughout my dashboard. I can separate Spam, unread, newsletters, notes, etc. for transparent reading. I also like the "notes" feature being at my fingertips so I can easily create and send to staff before I forget. I also enjoy being able to see all of my Zoho apps on the side, it makes downloads swifter! Cons I cannot say anything bad about Mail, it handles all of my business' needs. It was easily integrated with all of my staff's emails. So I made some research on the web and found that it was possible to have up to 5 email adresses for free. I found that it was easy to setup and from then on I am receiving and sending emails without any problem. Pros You can use your domain to create emails. The price is very competitive and you have some good free features. Cons When you are talking about email UX/UI Gmail is delivering high standards. Pros Zoho allows you to create a custom domain-based email for your site. You can also migrate emails from another business mailbox. There are also calendar, tasks, notes, and contacts you can use right in the inbox. All these options really help you stay organized. Their pricing is also pretty cheap which is very nice.
