It helped a lot to create own business emails for free. Pros We were looking for business emails for our business and Zoho mail turns out to be the thing. It offers 5 free business emails for lifetime that really helps small businesses. It has its own email client that is also perfect. I can manage all the users using their email admin panel. It is not a mail platform I would recommend due to its lack of sophistication right now. Pros I like that it is very simple to use and mimics that easiness of gmail, and not the complication of outlook. It is also nice that your domain can be your company name instead of just @gmail.com. Cons If you send more than 50 emails a day, zoho shuts your account down until it has examined your account to make sure you aren't sending spam. I’m also able to receive notifications from our alarm system immediately Pros We set up 5 mailboxes on Zoho mail for running our restaurant. Setting up Zoho Mail is so easy that it can usually be done within 3 minutes of registering a new domain. The inbox sorting features are very intuitive. And business use, too." June 11, 2022 4.0 Pros If you've got a custom domain this is the software for you!!! It's free, so you don't pay any more than domain costs. You can't really get a 100% free setup as they don't take free domains (.ml, .tk, .cf, etc etc). But they do take cheap domains, like .xyz domains which go as low as 88 cents! Cons Free plan is kinda limited, only 5 users and no more than 1 domain. But if you're using this personally that doesn't really matter. I enjoyed this while I was using it in a business. It was especially helpful whenever I need to go back to items back and forth with another one -- keeps tabs open and offers flexibility in usage. Cons I feel like the UI/UX could be better. Despite it being helpful that I can go back and forth between items, sometimes it gets too confusing. However, the amount of spam that got through was overwhelming so we no longer use this email as our primary email platform -- it's still here for occasionally checking, and we use it now to sign up for various products, but it's not our main email program any more. Pros The layout is simple and intuitive. It's easy to log-in (2-factor authentication is available) and it's easy to identify your emails and a reading pane makes it easy to read your messages quickly. Cons Over time, Zoho got to the place where there was so much spam coming through that the email account became too burdensome to use and we implemented a different software program with better junk filtering. The free tier is quite a good offering. Cons The customer support from Zoho is someone lacking and they are very hard to get hold of. The UI is clean and it is very easily navigable. The best part about Zoho mail is that you can add up to 25 users and it is free. Cons I wish there would be a little more storage they provide. The initial storage they provide will be exhausted very easily Integration with WIX could have been a little better and easy. Cons Zoho's best app is ZohoCRM. The other apps are hit or miss so I would suggest to review the others compared to popular applications for the same purpose or feature. Zoho Mail is a bit different to use compared to the user interface for G Suite and seems more techy and less intuitive. The Stream feature is also confusing to use.
