Pros

I really can't think of anything good about this software other than it's cheap. But beware, you get what you pay for.

Cons

I will start with I am an average user. A client of mine has their email through this platform and they do not have an IT person. I happen to be the most tech savvy so I get stuck adding new email addresses and such. Every time I use this software I cringe. It takes me 10 min just to figure out how to get to the Control Panel again and again.

I like the design, to be able to create templates, to keep my predefined information within my reach. This manager with many options has as its main goal, to keep you organized and prepared for clients / businesses.

Cons

I would like the integration with zoho notebook and in the APP, the attachment section.

Pretty positive with some hesitations with strange attachments and wondering if clients could see them too.

Pros

Was able to see streams from sales emails and team emails instead of opening a new mailbox, tied in nicely with Zoho One (recommend using both if using one), mail rarely ever went to spam

Cons

It was hard to finally set up all the parameters to make sure mail didn't get sent to spam, but eventually solved it. When sending mail through the windows mail app, it looked like weird attachments were also present in the email. Perhaps it was from using a different mail sending platform than their own? I couldn't open them but they were always added to each email after it was sent.

I have been a loyal user of Zoho mail for a long time. and definitely will recommend it to my friends.

Pros

It's free and easy to use, when we set up a small team with a new name, Zoho mail always be our first choice to use.

Cons

the UI of the mail page is kinds of out-of-date. and the login page is hard to find on the Zoho main page as well.

Pros

I like how the appearance looks. I feel it's pretty fast. It has all the necessary options to organize your emails and label them. You can schedule emails and share with colleagues.

Cons

Well, in addition to the manager there is also the mobile application and I like being able to have all the information synchronized of my emails sent and received.

Overall I think that Zoho Mail is a very good Domain Email Mailbox.

Pros

I really like the user-interface it's very nice to use and has the dark and light theme I really like that. It also offers a custom stream in which only a specific group of people can be included in a messaging group It makes it very nice when you are working on a project.

Cons

I have problems sometimes receiving emails the sender tells me that the error is mailbox unavailable. It's very frustrating especially when you are awaiting a very important email and it doesn't come through.

For business e-mail services, zoho mail is very reliable and is budget friendly. It takes some time but is very organizable.

Pros

Its a hosting email services for business. Some of the mojor pros are there are no ads displaying on the side giving you more privacy. You can also add virtual sticky notes. One of the most inportant feature is that you can migrate your data easily from zoho mail to microsoft office.

Cons

It is a little complicated so you need some time to learn. Its apt for business use but is not for personal use.

It simply never fails, every attachment every file, it simply accepts all. No need for making things complicated with external tools and services. All in one solution for job well done.

Cons

Nothing especialy. The web interface can be a bit confusing for new users when they first land on the app or control panel for the first time, but its ok.

Pros

I love the price! As a small business owner, I don't need to host a bunch of e-mail accounts and wanted to find something inexpensive to get the job done. Zoho Mail does it for me. The web interface is not the prettiest but this is just preference. It's functional and very inexpensive.

Cons

The interface could use a facelift...it's a bit clunky and the menu has too much on it. And then setting up IMAP seems like it could be an easier process. I think some inexperienced users will have trouble.

The software is great for small companies with small budget. It gives you a free 5mgb email storage. The software works very fast, filtering ability saves you from spams and data security is in a high quality in this software.

Pros

1) If anyone forgets passwords to log in, there is an easy button to reset it from all kinds of electronic devices. 2) The price of upgraded subscription is very suitable in comparison with alternative softwares. 3) A collaboration feature allows you to announce asigns, share notes and ask for feedback from your colleagues.

Cons

1) There is not a sorting feature in the software. In case, there are many customers concerned with a specific product, it will take much time to find a contact. 2) Spam filtering is not that much effective. 3) I was not able to integrate to other Zoho Softwares that made the workflow slower.

Pros

It fulfills all the basic functions that an email must have, especially taking into account its price. The most remarkable thing is your email search engine.

Cons

In my work we had to use this platform for a while due to a small momentary cash flow, and it served to fulfill the basics. The problem is that it is not as intuitive as other platforms and sometimes it can be very complicated. I think their main cons is the cloud we use to share files.

Pros

The design and user interface makes me feel home, and I don't see many of features that I use frequently that are missing. I use Zoho mail with custom domain name and it's giving a service for free, which we have to buy from Google but Zoho mail stands as a great alternative to Google Custom Mail.

Cons

Zoho custom mail is limited to 5 users for a free account and I feel that is pretty less. Also, the whole website feels a bit slower than Gmail.

It is good but can be frustrating at time in the cause of use.

Pros

Ease of managing user account via browser. There is no downtime when in use. Alerts are sent to users and admin when mail box are close to full.

Cons

Unblocking users without prior information is done at detriment of use. It does not have a sorting menu.

Pretty much all the features and more that you require from a business account, is available on the platform.

Cons

It's a crammed up UI with way too many things going on. You notice several glitches while using the product as well. Customer support has been slow to respond in the past.

Pros

I like how easy the setup was to get started, I like how easy it is to add other users under the domain. I've used their templates as well as using mail chimp campaigns and haven't ever had an issue.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints. Maybe it's a tad more difficult to add into my mail servers when I get a new laptop or phone. That's probably about it.

Pros

Simplicity, you can easily see who you're talking to, previous interactions with them (using widgets/extensions) and it interacts with their other software. Nice toggle for day/night vision. Love the tabs for emails.

Cons

The flagging system doesn't allow you to "complete" a flag like outlook does- so it's either NO flag, or flagged. So far I haven't found a good way to mark things as complete apart from maybe making a folder for it.

Pros

I started using the free version, I witched to the Pro edition and started using my two domains. I like that you can buy your domain with them. Its got everything you would need in a SMB email.

Cons

They should try to simplify the admin UI, it has a lot of options and tools with too many menu. I don't like the new theme, its very slow old one was faster.
