Pros I personally like Zoho Mail because it's an awesome mail client, besides being a cheap service if you compare it to Gmail, for instance. It's has a user friendly interface and offers neat integrations with other apps. Cons The cheaper plan doesn't come with other apps (like Zoho Docs), so in case you need that kind of service, it will be closer to what Google charges for G Suite. " July 17, 2019 3.0 Since we started using Zoho apps we were very happy that we were able to connect all the apps and enjoy the features across all of them. Ideally we would've liked to also cancel our Mailchimp account and have our mailing system with Zoho Mail but when we tried the software it was noticeable that is one of the Zoho apps that needs the most work. Even their graphic interface did not math the rest of the Zoho apps. We love Zoho so we will keep an eye for updates. We use different Zoho Apps but from comparing them one with the other, it's obvious that Zoho Mail is the one that needs most work. There is no provision to include contacts worth 2MB or more. The new version and the themes have slowed down the working on the whole. The learning curve could be a bit complicated for beginners.
