Cons There has been several times where I have not received emails that were sent to me and had to dig around. I could not find them in any folder but they would appear if I did a search. Very odd. For individual email addresses within the company it's easy, and functional. Cons Managing email addresses for groups is a nightmare. Each user gets a copy and a complex set of rules have to be created so replies are attached. It's impossible to manage. Having group emails have their own inbox, as GSuite does would be far better. It’s very flexible and configurable, and it will be suitable for pretty much every working environment and team. It works on every platform, desktop and mobile, and I found it extremely reliable. And for this budget the software is delivering everything one needs from a mail client. I would recommend this if G suite is one step too far in your budgets, but don't expect the same seemless experience, the interface just isn't on par. October 7, 2020 4.0 If you are looking for a yourname@yourdomain.tld email address this is a good alternative to GSuite. You can also use your hosting providers email system, but Zoho mail is much better than those free tools that hosts generally use. Pros I have used GSuite and it's so easy to use. But it's slightly expensive if you just want the custom domain email address feature. That's why I like the value for money offered by Zoho mail - the yearly fee is quite less. I like their mobile app too - the desktop app doesn't show notifications for new mail arrivals, but their mobile app does - fortunately. Cons To check a new email on the web version, I have to toggle between 3 or 4 tabs. I feel, Zoho Mail should sent all the emails to Inbox and let the user decide which ones should go to spam, newsletters, etc. Because Zoho does not do that as good as Google. Pros There are not so many outstanding pros that deserve recognition. Since there are already many competitors out there, it is almost on par with them and there is nothing new to say. Cons The user interface and experience is really bad and has to be improved to a great extent. This product has a lot of scope for improvement and will be better once done. Its awesome to bea able to follow each point of contact in Zoho CRM and Recruit. Cons It was a bit tricky getting set up, but once done its been working really fine! It's a good mail service with some minor kinks. Pros There's no complaining about the free features and domain access. It is all you need and more as far as shared inbox access, collaboration and data retention. Cons I don't know what I did wrong but I feel my inbox is way too susceptible to many spam ads? I check it infrequently because I don't get too much mail here, but the majority should not be spam. Right? Other than that I find that it's really easy to image share and catalog info via mail. June 19, 2018 4.0 Zoho mail is useful in my company because it allows us to create a business email. Pros The icons and colors he uses are formal and at the same time he looks jovial. When selecting the recipient of the email, Zoho allows you to get the email addresses easily and without needing to have stored that contact, but with the simple fact of having sent an email at some point you can find it. Cons It is difficult to identify the icons since they all have the same color and are lost to the user's eyes. I do not like in its entirety that the icon to attach documents is not visible in a noticeable way. Additionally, zoho mail loses the quality of load when there is not an optimal internet connection.
