We are very please with this software. I highly recommend it for any small company that needs business emails.

Pros

This software was very easy to set up. It allows you to use your own domain as your email. IE you@yourdomain.com

Cons

The only issue we have run into so far is having to have a "group" email to be able to use a shared calendar.

Personally, I would recommend it to all start up. First 25 users are free. I like how other products are now merged with each other.

Pros

First 25 users are free. Its a big plus for start ups to set up emails.

Cons

Is not user friendly at all. I had an issue where when you open a new email it becomes a tab. My organization was not happy with it.

My overall experience in this app is awesome, what i most like about this is its pretty clean interface and pricing.

Pros

I love its interface, it is quite clean and interactive. It has more filter option for searching through the mails. you can set up the automated task to send particular mails to get into a specific folder. It has a quite stable and interactive mobile app which comes quite handy sometimes. Setting up a meeting and reminder is also easy and effective. you can save notes and setup tasks right from the mail login, whereas in google you need to go to google task or google keep the app. There are a number of themes available to choose from.

Cons

None that I have found so far. All looks good to me till now

Zoho Mail is a great platform for sending and receiving emails in a great manner. It allows me to easily manage my mails.

Pros

1\. This platform provides lots of features and functions like CRM plus, etc.2. The user interface of the platform is really great.3. It is also available in mobile phones making it great to use.

Cons

1\. The cloud storage provided by it less compared to other platforms.2. There is a limitation of sending emails in it.3. The emails send sometimes are not received properly and there are some bugs too.

Pros

It has many excellent characteristics. My favorites are to be able to tag messages, save templates and create filters to keep my mailbox organized. Sharing a folder, for example a general email or contact form email, is a good option to keep customers' attention well.

Cons

It only needs to add the notes in the mobile app.

Actually in my personal life i use another mail service but in job we use zoho and it is good.

Pros

Zoho is a good mail service. I cannot say it is the best but in my job we use it and it is ok. I like the functionality.

Cons

I use a spam blocker application thats why now i dont have this problem but before i had trouble with spams.

Till now things are going well, many things have been accomplished due to Zoho, so yeah kudos.

Pros

The fact that its a CRM makes it standout, a lot of tasks are automated which makes things run faster.

Cons

The mail UI is very complex and bad. The reply comes in as a front mail rather than as a trail mail like gmail. These small things make it look not up to the mark.

The pricing is more affordable given the number of features it includes and the number of aliases you can manage with the same account.

Cons

1) The user interface is too clunky is so many options and no easy way to hide them. 2) The sidebars are overloaded with Zoho's other tools and features that I would never require 3) Keyboard shortcut is not available to insert a template

If you want to host your business email on a secure and encrypted platform then Zoho Mail is best for you. You can get started with business email or even personal email. No doubt, Zoho Mail is an incredible and excellent email service that offers the best and unique protection against the fake emails.

Cons

Zoho Mail features are best for desktop and even for Mobile Devices. I never found any issue during the use of this great service. So for me no Negative point and also no cons.

Zoho mail enabled me create an email address from an @forwarding address that matches with my domain name. This gave me a huge measure of professionalism when corresponding with my clients. I have also set up email addresses for my team with the same @forwarding address too.

Pros

With Zoho mail, I created a mailing address from my domain name. Now when I send emails to clients, they are more professional as it is from my domain email.

Cons

The mobile apps for Zoho mail are not user friendly. This makes me resort to the web application to access my email even when it's not convenient.

Reason for choosing Zoho Mail

Zoho is easy to set up and very user-friendly. With Zoho, I can also hook up my team members to the same @forwarding address.

I found Zoho Mail really easy to set up (though, I am a developer). I use it myself, and have set it up for many clients. Their pricing structure makes it a free option for most of my clients.

Cons

I didn't have the smoothest experience with their support team (although, to their credit, I have \*very\* rarely needed to speak to someone on the support team).
