I can access the web safely and view my emails in a pleasant way. It's fast, you have good follow-up options, you can create email templates and custom signatures. Pros My main reason to test out this software was because I could get basic email accounts for free. I haven't tried out any of the paid features, so I can't speak to those, but the free accounts have been very useful, reliable, and easy to setup. They included easy to follow directions for setting up SPF and DKIM, which was nice. Cons Getting into the control panel is sometimes a bit confusing. I don't get in there often, so I forget how to get there from time to time and it takes me longer to figure that out than I would like. I haven't found a way to fix the bug with my credentials, but I haven't asked for support on this issue, so perhaps it has an easy fix. Pros I absolutely love having a professional email (myname@mycompany.com). I also have info@mycompany.com and support@mycompany.com. It is absolutely free! No annual or monthly fees are charged unless you need more advanced mail features. Even with the paid subscriptions, the prices are very low and customer service is very quick with responses when support is needed. The interface is so easy to use, the flexibility is great and you can't beat the price! If you're not a fan of Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo Mail, then give this a shot. Pros I liked the overall layout and there were many features that had me excited. If anything I preferred the user-interface to that of GMail and the email workflow was as good, if not better than GMail. Cons Unfortunately, there were various features that I really needed that Zoho Mail just couldn't do, which was disappointing. I can say that their customer support team were on the ball and very responsive. Unfortunately, they could not help with my particular needs, but at least they were upfront and clear that it did not have the functionality that I required. Zoho had the option to even set up 5 aliases! Pros The option to have a free business acc. without ads like Gmail is perfect. Also, I was able to set up both incoming and outgoing emails although my domain is hosted elsewhere Cons I haven't found anything I don't like yet. It's been less than 6 months. I like the option where I can see all the attachments. I no longer have to be opening each email to search for a particular file. If for some reason I have a badly written email, in the outbox I can see the status of the emails sent. Cons There are emails sent by me that when I receive replies they go to the SPAM box. Pros I needed a new e-mail address that would be used only for my business so to avoid having to get through all the junk that a personal e-mail ends up getting filled with!! And I found a good alternative in the Zoho Mail. Its features are just what I needed to easily manage my day-to-day correspondence with clients, suppliers etc. I especially like the interface which is not crowded with unnecessary stuff!
