Cons Difficult setup, a clunky interface that isn't very descriptive. The worst thing about it is the service and support. Pros Depending on what you're looking for, Zoho Mail allows you to have a customized business name in your email address for a more affordable price than, say, Google. Hence, price is the only positive I can say about Zoho Mail. Cons Zoho Mail is awkward and clumsy. I found myself trying to navigate and getting lost in a sea of poorly constructed features. I'm sure that if I would be more tech savvy I wouldn't have found it difficult to navigate, but I'm not tech savvy, and I'm not the only one who isn't, and going onto to site, which I'm paying money for, or might in the future pay money for, to find that it's too complicated and convoluted, is more than a bit of a disappointment. Especially so when a little more thought into making their product more user friendly (like gmail) would have been easy enough. Its as if Zoho offers many services, but all in half measure. They replied fast and helped me get through the upgrade process from 5 to 10 mail only users. I can't be more enthused. The web Admin Panel and web mail interface are also easy to navigate and use. Great job by the ones behind this service. Pros Zoho Mail was very easy to setup. And for really small teams or those just starting up, the current free version (5 users) is perfect. Also, the Mail only option was great, including the price point. Cons Not much to complain about, really. I had hard time configuring Zoho mail with Openshift, may be it doesn't support this facility at all or it's all about the not so good Zoho documentations. Feels like MailGun easy to use compared to Zoho, for beginners. I had to switch back to mailgun for using email service in openshift. ----- I have already added question in forum, let's see. I will update the review again. Pros 1\. Awesome UI in web based. 2. Mobile apps 3. Two step verification Cons 1\. Not so well documentation, could hamper development timeline. 2. No API supprt 3. I use only the free version for my website, as if I'm paying for it. even the free version has lot of advanced options, including admin control of your business email. Good set of features and a friendly support team. Pros I used Zoho mail when I setup my first personal website as my email client. I used the version where I was able to use Zoho mail in the backend whereas the front end email alias was my personal domain based email ID. It was a really good, straightforward solution and worked as intended. The interface is well-laid out and email delivery was reliable which was great. Cons After having used Gmail for years, unfortunately learning the new layout proved too much for me and I bit the bullet and signed up for the G-Suite email service. The Zoho platform itself was alright, I guess. A combination of familiarity and the sheer number of additional tools and android integration meant G-Suite was an easier option for me. Clean and easy to use. Pros It was easy to use and navigation was very clear. Integrates very well with Zoho's companion applications. Cons I did have trouble doing some of the verification steps from my website. Had to put link on website to allow mail to forward to zoho is what I had a lot of trouble with.
