Pros

By itself, this wouldn't be my go-to choice email software. There are, frankly, better options out there. However its power shines through when combined with other Zoho tools. And obviously Zoho is totally ad-free, so you know that they aren't reading your emails trying to figure what ads to show you.

Cons

Simple interface works and is mostly great, but features are falling behind market leaders.

Pros

I like zoho mail, it is a phenomenal option in contrast to conventional email suppliers, it offers users administration with no attention which is especially valued, you have the alternative to open an individual email with zoho or in the event that you incline toward an email business at extremely aggressive costs, zoho interface appears to be perfect and useful.

Cons

I could not be right however I am able to register only one Zoho email account. I attempted to enroll another email address with an alternate domain name and couldn't move further.

Pros

I love that Zoho provides free custom domain email accounts. We use it every day in our company. It's also great that it allows you to configure everything you need, especially in my case which I integrate the email with other platforms.

Cons

The mail inbox feels kind of old. I personally don't like to use it and forward all my emails to other mail client.

I liked that I could make multiple user accounts for this and be able to have a unique email address.

Cons

I don't feel like it is as intuitive or user-friendly as other services, and the app is slow to refresh once I have delete new emails.

Zoho is the best Free Professional Mail provider out there and believe it or not it's fast and does exactly what its supposed to do without fail.

Cons

You only get 5gb of email storage and may pose a problem when processing alot of mail

Cons

The IMAP setup was hard and the user interface is a bit confusing. It took time to get use to.

I am excited to see how well this works for us as a new email host. I'll be able to create more users and allow for more professional looking communication with customers.

Pros

We just set up the trial for their e-mail hosting service and it is great so far. Our other service did not have nearly as friendly of a web interface and fewer options for more money per user.

Cons

Setup was a little tricky since I did not have much experience with that in the past, but anyone who has worked with domains and website hosting would probably be able to figure it out.

Overall experience has been decent given that we are running low on budget and want to use professional email service provider.

Pros

The best thing about Zoho mail is that it is very economical to use for any startup or organization running low on budget. It did provide most of the features that you need from an email service provider.

Cons

I, personally, didn't the interface too much. Gmail and Microsoft Outlook have better interface when it comes to sending email or setting up calendar invites. This is one area Zoho Mail can improve.

Managing different Airbnb accounts is quite complicated and we use this email client to easily access those accounts.

Pros

The ease of creation of new emails is great. We have multiple accounts for managing our Airbnb profiles and Zoho is a great option to do that.

Cons

The user interface is not the best out there. It's very cluttered and one can easily get lost inside the platform

We used Zoho when we started our first business. Over the past two years, we've ended up migrating our other businesses to Zoho Mail, as it really is a simple option for business.com/.net addresses.

Pros

Simple, intuitive. Great directions, it just works.

Cons

We do prefer the old interface to the new one, but we understand that change happens. If we could have an option to go back to the old interface though, we definitely would.

Pros

It's very easy to use and keeps things quite simple.

Cons

It is pretty basic and there's not much you can connect with it. I didn't use it with any of my calendars or online documents and I could never print emails from it if I wanted them to have date/time sent. I had to forward my emails to my Gmail to print them with time stamps etc.

Easy setup, no maintenance required. Very happy hand off to a client to use their own domain email address!

Pros

I helped a client set up an easy access to email using Zoho. It was extremely user friendly to someone who does not regularly set up emails to use a customer's domain.

Cons

I felt like there could be more useful features based on using gmail regularly, but there was not much to complain about.

Pros

I am using this as my primary business mail solution. What it offers is better than any other alternative. Its free forever plan is very good for testing their services. Somebody would definitely love it to give it a try.

Cons

Interacting with other email apps is hard a bit. It's web version need to log out every time to login with the user email,which is annoying.
