Pros The feature I like most is you can configure your email in 5 minutes without setting up an email server and buying another email services like Gmail, outlook etc. If you are a blogger or have a one-pager website about yourself, it's the best email app that you can get in free or as low as a dollar per user per month. You can use it for free with a 25mb limit of email file attachment. You can download Zoho Mail app on iPhone and android to have your email on the go. Cons Very low space (5 gigabytes) available in a lite package and you need to upgrade to get more storage. Pros I use Zoho mail on my android smartphone and the first thing I can say about Zoho mail is that, it has a very simple and user-friendly design. With Zoho mail I can save a mail and access it offline through the app. You can also set a four digit pin to protect your zoho mail app from unauthorized access on your phone. Cons Any saved offline mail is automatically deleted when you delete the main from your inbox which is not suppose to be so. At least you need to be prompted that you have a copy offline and your deletion will affect that too. March 8, 2019 4.0 Pros First off, I liked the free trial of 2000/12000 emails per month just like mailchimp. I turned to them after being booted for no reason at MailChimp. I was well received by Zoho Mail and it was a smooth experience. The fact that Zoho mail is also ad-free and super cheap. As low as a dollar per month for the 5GB plan which IMO is great for starters. Cons Nothing much. Everything looks clean. The UI could use a couple improvments and could make use of more minimalism in other for users to be able to find their way around the software easily.
