Zoho Mail has helped in increasing the productivity of the entire team. It has everything in it needed to be a market leader.

Pros

All in one suite. It has everything that is needed in any email software. Labels and 1 tick, 2 ticks are my favourites.

Cons

Nothing much. The entire UI is great. Would have liked auto categorization of emails based on priority.

We are able to create email accounts.

Pros

I like that it is possible to create an email address on a domain that you already own. This means that you can add endless number of email addresses as long as you own the domain, for a cheap price.

Cons

The application is up against competitors with bigger names with more functions and so on, which is why Zoho Mail seems a bit like a scrappy application.
