I use it for daily use and it is critical for me to have an email management that is always online. The price scheme is also not too expensive and i can afford it. Pros Zoho mail is very complete in the feature that they provide, it has an option to recovering back all the email attachment even after i have mistakenly deleted the email. It is very useful for me as i sometimes mistakenly deleting an important email when trying to clearing up my email inbox. The spam blocker also work pretty well. Cons Adding and setting a new email domain with this software is very hard and confusing for the first time i am trying to do it. It keep showing error and can not correctly even after i am following the instruction that they provide in the manual. Thanks to the customer support, i can connect it with my domain after a few times. Easy to organize, create rules, keeps the mailbox fairly free of spam. I like the new functions that allow you to share an email even with members outside the organization. Cons It has more and more functions, some of which are not given the ideal use because some users manage their emails with another email manager. In this case there should be a plugin that allows full compatibility or synchronization to improve its external use. I mean external by not using the zoho mail manager or desktop application. While its powerful and well-known, I found it way too complex to install and manage in a very small organisation. Its seemed needlessly complex and required expertise to administer. I cancelled and tried Zoho and never looked back. I find it simpler and more suited to a small business. And the apps that come bundled in are a big bonus. Pros Its simple and easy to use and the the support desk has been great on the few occasions I needed it. There are a bunch of good apps that come bundled-in with the Zoho mail. Its also cheap, dependable and affordable. Cons My password manager doesn't always work too well on the login screen. But thats picking hairs a bit! We never had any situation to contact the support for addressing any issue. Pros I am using Zoho Mail for years now and there was no issue at all. The mail delivery is good, less spam and can control everything at Control Panel. Easy to use and configure for Admins in terms of management, Security features, multi-domain email hosting, Domain name striping (really good feature), Mobile App with basic management feature, Email Groups, SPAM control etc. We haven't experienced any mail drops or mail reputation issue so far ( 3-4 years). Another advantage with Zoho is the integration with other Zoho App and 3rd party applications. Cons Easy to use and easy to configure for admins. I have setup basic account which gives me 5GB per user and i can create upto 10 users. It has inbuilt bookmark, spam control, notes and calander. customer support is awesome. I recently had issues with MX record and the customer service responded within 2 hours resolving my issue eventhough i have basic account with zoho for the domain I own. Support POP3 and IMAP. I and my team really enjoy its spam-free environment. Securing emails by encrypting them is one of the important features that Zoho provides. Zoho Mail's user-friendly interface really help my new team member adopt it easily. Pros Zoho Mail is an all-in-one app that comes up with a lot of useful features that are even missing in apps like Gmail. What I really like about Zoho mail is its Spam Filter. Its spam filter works really well and always accurate. Even the emails sent from Zoho can never be received in the spam folder of the receipent. My team really loves to use in-built 'Reminder' in Zoho mail as they don't have to move any other app/service when most of their time spent on writing and reading emails on the Zoho panel. Adding a new user and providing him/her access is also super easy and takes only 10-sec. Cons Writing and editing HTML emails is a bit complex and the HTML preview simply doesn't work most of the time. I appreciated its ease in setting up and use and the ability to have 25 users with a free account. The tool suite is rich and deep, although I don't use all of that functionality. Zoho provides a great user experience at a fraction of the cost of some of the big players. When my boss was looking at a new suite last year, I actually pitched it to her because I had such a great experience with it personally. Be aware that space with free accounts is limited to 5 GB, and if you have more than four users in your organization, your total outgoing emails between all of your is limited to 200 a day. Even with these limitations, it works great for us. Pros I was a first-time email administrator using this software, and it was intuitive to set up, with many help articles and tutorials available. As a user, I love all the functionality available through Zoho tools that I was not getting through Gmail. I also much prefer the interface to both Hotmail and Gmail. Cons Despite me putting in too much work setting up and managing email routing rules, they have never worked as well as some other email clients. Things get routed to Spam that have been marked safe, and other emails don't always make it in the right folder that items from that sender should automatically route to. Pros One of the things I love about zohomail is the email integration software. With this software, I was able to link my Gmail business email to my official business email.I also love how, whenever I receive an email in my Gmail business account, it automatically delivers to my official business email, and this was done with the help of zohomail integration software.Another thing I love about Zohomail is the fact that it is free and doesn't cost much. I think the rationale for adoption was price point. You get what you pay for! We plan to switch over to GSuite soon. More expensive, but pays for itself when I think about the days and days I've wasted trying to get support. Pros It sends, it receives... on a good day. Cons Mediocre support: Responses can take days and days, and don't always answer the question. Forget about the chat support. It's only available sometimes, though they won't say when that is, or isn't. Chat window crashes frequently. No obvious structure for escalation. Some support reps have better command of English than others. Every facet of Zoho has its own compartmentalized team support and email contact. No departments talk to other departments. Non-intuitive interface: Not ideal for a staff that's not already super tech savvy. Setting up groups, sending to groups, attaching files, this entails all kinds of labyrinthine puzzles to be solved. Share a document or a calendar event, there's a fair chance that no one will receive it. Run into problems using what should be everyday features, only to learn from support that several settings need to be tweaked first, or that the service isn't available on our plan, or the feature is broken. Sloppy layout: One's eyes cross, trying to read an email thread with two additional columns of information on the left side of screen. Comment thread at bottom - why?! Up for 5 business email id is free to register and that is enough for me for my own domain without having to pay for its premium plan and i really happy to be able using it for free but with premium feature. Pros Zoho Mail is one of the top software that has good tools that offer a free email management, also for managing business email. I really like that i can customized and editing keyword for the spam filters, so the legit email coming from legit business email address can be white-flag and landing to my primary inbox. Cons Mobile application for Zoho Mail is less responsive unlike the desktop application. It just won't automatically synchronized my emails and i need to manually refresh the application for it to start showing my new emails. I don't know if it is the problem with my smartphone or it just won't work. I am happy using it. Pros I like how fast they are, I mean after purchasing the plan I tested it with another email by sending a test email and it got into my inbox within 5 seconds. Also, I love how I can tag things on my mail and how they block spam emails so I don't get hassled. Cons It takes time to load the dashboard whenever I log in. Sometimes, it takes more than a minute or so. And, on certain emails with boxes/tables, sometimes they get a break and the text gets out of the box or table. So, it doesn't look that good. Before I found it, I had lots of trouble managing multiple email accounts on a few different computers. Pros I can make several different email addresses very easily with Zoho Mail. Gmail limits you to five email addresses in one account, but I manage much more than that with Zoho. I can access it from any computer or from my phone. I've been using it for about 7 years I think, and it has made a huge difference in my business. Cons Zoho Mail can do so much that it can be a little difficult to set certain things up because there are so many different settings. A few times I've had trouble with something that I thought shouldn't be that complicated. But thankfully Zoho's support is good and they've helped with any questions I've had. That was the time when I started to search for some alternative and luckily found Zoho. I was really amazed to see the features of Zoho mail and I quickly switched over to Zoho. As I'm a web developer, mostly my clients ask to setup their business email and rather than using default webmail, I setup Zoho for them. All of my clients are really happy with Zoho as they never faced any difficulty due to Zoho's user friendly user interface. I really appreciate Zoho for providing such wonderful service. Pros Well the list will get too long if I address all the features that I like the most, but I'm mentioning some of them here. The top most thing is that Zoho is providing free business email hosting with 5GB quota which is quite enough. The user interface of Zoho mail is just wonderful, loading speed is awesome as I never faced any downtime and loading issues since I started to use Zoho. Zoho keeps adding new features that makes the life pretty much easier i.e their email collaboration feature, integrated calendar, tasks, bookmarks and notes etc. Cons I think the only think that I would like to be improved is Zoho's email search filter. Pros I was able to create a business email using my domain and Zoho provided all of the step by step instructions for my domain provider, and I am a newbie when it comes to advanced DNS settings. I am a brand new business, but now I look so professional because I have an email that ends with my domain name, not gmail. I have already referred six of my friends. Anyone starting a business on a budget should definitely use this service. It's fantastic. Cons I don't really have any cons. I'm still learning this system. I would like it better if when I needed to attach something, I could just click a button to bring up all of my files. Maybe that already exists and I just haven't figured it out. It also has a decent amount of space to store all of the email and the process to sending mass email is quite fast. Cons The email interface definitely need some work and not look like a cheap software, despite the expensive subscription plan that user has pay. Having information, contacts, and calendars flow between different applications (i.e. CRM) has been helpful in our deployment and ongoing usage of the product. Cons Sometimes, there are too many disjointed features. They aren't always intuitive or flow easily and information can be in multiple places that isn't always easy to find. The software works well and we don't have any "issues" per se. But there are things that could make it better and more "OUTLOOK like" -- many companies have used it for years for a reason. It's one of the core things they are great at. Especially if you sign up for Zoho One. Pros Zoho mail is unbelievable, and we have used it many years. It has extremely high quality phone and browser app. We have been using it everyday for years. It integrates into your other Zoho apps, which is amazing. For example, in Zoho CRM, you can find a customer, and it will display all of your email conversations in their CRM record for you. For a sales person, its' great to see where you left off. In the mail app, some neat features are- scheduling emails to be sent at a later date. Customization of the interface. Taking notes, saving contacts for quick reference, and this year they had a big overhaul of their search capabilities. Cons Honestly, there's not much to say for what we don't like. In rare occurences, maybe 1-2 times a year, Zoho's service might be down. But in our experience, it hasn't been for longer than 15 minutes and hasn't been a huge hassle at all.
