It has always been reliable and has always been where I keep my notes, links and important media stored. I will continue to use this application, its great! Pros I love that I can upload custom images to use as my notebook covers. I thinks its super convenient that I can print my notes easliy. I also like that my data can be backed up to the cloud automatially and opened on any device Im logged into the application on as well as exported to transfered easliy to another notebook or even evernote. Cons Its difficult to format the text right so it is centered on the document when printed. I would like more options of fonts to be available. The selection is very minimal. October 23, 2025 5.0 I enjoy using Zoho Notebook because it is very simple. the design is nice and there are not too many bells and whistles. This results in my actually using it! And not having to spend time figuring out how to use it! Pros Zoho Notebook is very easy to use and has a low learning curve. It was great for transferring notes from other applications -- what drew me to it in the first place -- and creating new ones. It can keep your digital life very organized and it has a great color code system for note taking and accessing important documents. Cons There was not much not to like about Zoho Notebook. It is also very helpful during meetings. I think there is still room for a lot of improvement. Pros I like that its very simple. They are also some feature you can use such as audio and video if you have the need. I love that I can separate my notes into different notebooks and that you can have attachments in the notes. Cons The share button for email was a let down. It does not work. I tried sharing my notes and we never received them via email. I can only satisfies with the PDF option for working with my note with other software. The viewing option is also lack of option, as i can't set the viewing to 'details' as it will help me to see all the note better. The security provided also let my notes keep protected and secured and i feel happy with that. Taking notes with this software is very easy and fun sometimes. Pros Using this software to replace my old physical notebook into a digital notebook is really helpful as i can access to all my notes very easy from anywhere as long there are connection with the internet. Not only text of note, it also can support video and picture to be added on the notes. Cons The notification for the daily task is not really helpful as sometimes, it not triggering the notification for the event reminder that i has place on it. The notes is so smart that it will automatically combines the content on the same folder and produce a interactive note cards. Cons The software will running slow if there are too much information/data in the notes especially for my sketch card when i am adding a sketch and attach it with audio and photo. Cons It does not support offline environment as it will always need internet connection to access back my notes in the program. If the note can be saves on my desktop as backup alternative will really help me to get my note back if i don't have internet connection. The UI is very appealing to the eye. Cons I can copy and clip as I could in Evernote. That is perhaps a major lacking feature. Also, lack of shortcuts, which is frustrating when I am working on multiple tabs and have to extract just tiny bits of info from each.
