This results in my actually using it! And not having to spend time figuring out how to use it! Pros Zoho Notebook is very easy to use and has a low learning curve. It was great for transferring notes from other applications -- what drew me to it in the first place -- and creating new ones. It can keep your digital life very organized and it has a great color code system for note taking and accessing important documents. Cons There was not much not to like about Zoho Notebook. It is also very helpful during meetings. I think there is still room for a lot of improvement. Pros I like that its very simple. They are also some feature you can use such as audio and video if you have the need. I love that I can separate my notes into different notebooks and that you can have attachments in the notes. Cons The share button for email was a let down. It does not work. I tried sharing my notes and we never received them via email. I like it better than Microsoft OneNote. I think I still like Apple Notes better since I use a MacBook Pro and iPhone. Pros It is both simple and beautiful in design. Also, it is user-friendly. Cons It doesn't offer a lot more than, say, Apple Notes. The functionality is similar. It mostly depends on if someone uses Apple across the board and/or wants a change.
