Einpix suits our needs perfectly. It is a user friendly tool and was very easy to implement. It is easy to manage all projects in one place. I know exactly where equipment is located, where my staff is working and for how long. Everyone have access to what is happening in the projects. Team efficiency and communication increase.

Pros

It is extremely easy to use. All important information in one place. GPS works great, you don't have to waste time searching for the exact location of an object. Notifications are also active, so you won't miss important information. I can watch them both on the phone and on the watch. Doc. of work delivery is automatically created. There is no need to fill in an additional document, so we save a lot of time

Cons

Reminders for work in progress would be needed.

Overall, the experience of using Einpix is great, it helps us to manage the tasks for our staff and keep an eye of its completion with such an ease. Everything goes faster and smoother. Great software!

Pros

Using Einpix is very easy, and customer support is amazing. All your questions are answered quickly and they really suggest the best solutions to get your Einpix account ready for work. It's easy to use, very well prepared for customers to use, you don't need to be supper tech savvy, that's really great. Desktop and Mobile versions work well together, so it's very convenient to use on your phone.

Cons

It still needs some improvement, but how this team works to build the greatest software is amazing! The main features are well prepared and a bunch of new features are on its way.

Pros

Previously we used viber to track issues with our environmental services. Info was messy and it was hard to follow the point. Einpix app helps us to be organised with the tasks, its status much easier. Notifications on updates about tasks are helpful.

Cons

Sometimes video can tell more than photos, so plese add video attachment possibility. Setting the deadline for each task can greatly improve task management in general, but the software doesn't has this feature
