They are also great fun to work with. Pros Finfo has partnered with us as part of our on-going business transformation, providing a simple but effective way for the organisation to analyse cost data and drive change within employee usage and spending behaviour. They have proved to be an honest business partner; flexible enough to incorporate our own branding into reporting and responsive enough to help us personalise communication. The turnaround time of our project has been great and already we are seeing a positive impact on the business. Cons It’s important to note that Finfo reporting is not an application or portal. Also that our current reporting doesn’t cover ad-hoc expenses – only expenditure that’s procured and paid for centrally such as printing, travel and mobile phone costs. The solution is very much adaptable to our way of working and flexible and as allowed us to grow with Finfo over time. Cons When we started reports were coming out separate for colleagues at different times of a month, however working with FinFo has allowed that area of reporting to be improved and adapted to allow a simple combined report that s easy to read for colleagues.
