Great experience so far. Currently looking door opportunities to broaden the use of Kizeo. The first time setting up a form takes some time to learn, but eventually when you understand the basics, it is very easy.

Pros

The ease of use for the user in the field and the person designing the form. The use of our standard templates as output.

Cons

Working with external list instead of direct connection to a list on our Sharepoint. But this is also limited by our policy/IT.

Overall, experience with Kizeo is very good and the App allows for use on site directly with possibility of adding pictures.

Pros

Easy to use, possibility to use various forms, search history database and modify previous entries to give update / close forms.

Cons

Ergonomy could be improved on both phone and web browser. It is sometimes not obvious where to go next, questions can be missed out and the final save button should be more visible and renamed so it's more clear this will send and close/finish the form. Access to photo gallery could be made more user friendly with sorting pictures by months etc.

Easy to create and use kizeo forms, and loads of support available. Easy to navigate the platform and the ability to create personalised forms that work for our needs.

Cons

Being an oldie - getting used to using a new system and switching from paper forms. Not being able to understand how to use the planning calendar at first.

to perform our service works for our customers we cycle through arround 7 systems, Kizeo is by far my favourite and most reliable one to use. no crashing, buffering or not loading, reliable and issue free. it allows us to make our forms look the way we want and have our data manged in the way we require it to in order to provide fast and effective service to our customers.

Pros

ease of use and reliability. Im not a massively techy person, yet i find it very intuative. and being able to upload multiple forms in one go saves me so much time. And the searching functionality is so useful.

Cons

the only issue we have found is that if you revise a form and you want to search that form you have to look back on all of the revisions as they seem to exist in seperate places if that makes sense.

Muy buena experiencia en general. Esperamos que sigan mejorando en los puntos detallados para poder utilizar más el servicio.

Pros

Facilidad de uso desde dispositivos en terreno. Base de datos amplia donde se guardan todos los docuementos.

Cons

Aún hay cosas que nos gustaría que implementaron: 1- Crear formularios y que pueda visualizarse como calentario (de momento solo se pueden asignar a personas)2- Mejor resolución de las fotos, tenemos q escanearlo en PDF y luego subirlo, por lo que nos demora más tiempo. 3-A veces cuando se llenan muchos datos se queda pegado, necesidad de mejorar.

Kizeo nos ha ayudado enormemente a organizar la información y seguimiento de nuestros procesos.El hecho que la plataforma nos permite crear formularios y secuencias lógicas de procesos que sean personalizadas para nuestros procesos nos ha ayudado a eliminar ineficiencias, mejorar la calidad de nuestro servicio y el reconocimiento de nuestros clientes.

Pros

Lo que mas nos a gustado kizeo es que es muy sencillo de utilizar, y eso nos ha permitido la integración de diferentes procesos y que las personas les sea cómodo de utilizar.

Cons

La interfaz de forms.Kizeo.com en dispositivos móviles no es muy amigable para navegar y conseguir trabajar en ella.

Muy buena, el equipo de Kizeo es muy atento. La aplicación tiene muchos usos y gran potencial para personalizar los flujos. Nos ha servido para digitalizar varios procesos y acelerar la realización de informes.

Pros

Es una plataforma versátil y fácil de usar, con poco tiempo se puede estar creando flujos. Me gusta que tiene muchas opciones de personalización y permite el envío de notificaciones y archivos a correo electrónico. Cuenta igual con una API.

Cons

No tengo nada que decir aquí, el equipo está constantemente sacando nuevas versiones y mejoras y realizando capacitaciones a sus usuarios para sacar lo mejor del sistema. Las pocas veces en que me he encontrado con problemas, el equipo de la aplicación me ha dado alternativas para solucionarlos.
