Some simple, easy to use tools on a daily base would be a nice to have. Pros The features are very extensive, a lot of analytical tools and nice dashboards to get an overview for multi-site management. Cons Because of the focus on analytical tools it is sometimes hard for daily easy browsing trough data. Easy browsing to simple graphs and transformations without the need to set up anything would be nice as energy manager. This was very usefull to give more information to the higher management to show the savings that have been made. Also the correlation between prices and energy consumption. Pros Energis.Cloud makes it possible to compare data from different measurement of devices of different brands. So you can make correlation between different data systems. Energis is also good in making reports and alerting when abnormalities are being found. Cons You cannot use Energis.Cloud without having a training session. So it take some time to get started to use Energis.Cloud. But the given training sessions are good to get started with Energis.Cloud. Reason for choosing Energis.Cloud We did not chose Energis.Cloud over other alternative products. For us as an college, it is important to use a lot of different tools and applications, so we can educate our students with all the several tools that are excisting. Energis.Cloud is one of those tools that makes it possible for our students to use a good energy management system that fulfill different tasks (aggregation of datasets of different meters, make reports,...) that they need in their educational format and later on can use with their future employer. Dit heb ik gedaan met Energis.Cloud. Om dit te kunnen realiseren heb ik enkele IOT toepssingen en 2 Raspicy’s geplaatst in het park waarna ik snel data kon verzamelen omtrent het water- en energieverbruik. Deze data kon ik op een eenvoudige en snelle manier verwerken binnen de cloud oplossing. In het begin was het een beetje zoeken hoe de logica achter de software werkten maar nadat ik dit onder de knie had ging alles zeer vlot. Wat me enorm opviel is dat ik zeer snel abnormaal gedrag kon opmerken in de data. Hierdoor heb ik op korte termijn al enkele suggesties kunnen doen aan de zoo om besparingen te realiseren. De samenwerking tussen mij en Energis is vlot verlopen. I've encountered resistance towards the platform from people that expect to understand it instantly and instinctively. I don't think this can be achieved and at the same time keep the level of complexity we require as energy managers. Pros It's capability ranges from data modeling to alerting on complex conditions, from complex dashboards to email sending.It's built so that you can make the data structure fit to your needs and at the same time built to not have to repeat the same operation multiple timesAbsolutely great customer support! Cons Not really a con, it's just the way it's built. The tool can be seen as complex to begin with, there's quite a lot of concepts to master before understanding the whole. Our main goal was to merge several solutions into one in order to provide all functions we need on a daily basis (monitoring, reporting, tv screens...) and also improve our management of self-consumption for photovoltaics with the ability to provide reporting and monitoring in euros and not only in kWh.
