Snel iets geboekt, dus dat ging wel snel. Maar dat heeft ook nadelen

Cons

🚨1/5 - Door een fout in de app heb ik per ongeluk een boeking gemaakt op de verkeerde dag. Het restaurant wilde ik hier niet mee lastig vallen. Ik heb 3 mails gestuurd naar de support om mijn geld terug te krijgen. Dit in een maand tijd. Bij de laatste liet ik weten als ze niet zouden reageren dat ik op het hele internet een review zou plaatsen, dus bij deze. Ik ben overigens geen voorstander van reviews plaatsen als deze, alleen als het niet anders kan ❌

Pros

Snel overzichtelijk, weinig storin enmooie lay-out.

Cons

Voor sommige functies een hoop handelingen moet uitvoeren.

Ayant travaillé auparavant avec un autre logiciel de réservation, j'ai été conquis par la simplicité de la prise en main et son coté intuitif. Très complet sur la gestion de plusieurs service, je ne reviendrais pas en arriere

Pros

Canaliser les réservations, voila ce qui est appréciable. Nous recevons des réservation de différents site en temps réel sans nous en soucier, seul les clients deviennent un élément de notre travail sans parasite. De fait nous sommes plus performant sur le terrain.

Cons

Le triage reste a améliorer, certes anodine mais peut permettre plus de finesse dans l'organisation. Il existe le trie par heure voir quart d'heure, a quand le trie par nombre de couverts.
