The interface is great on PC and Android. The software is updated enough to keep up with technology. Anyone can learn the software quite easily. Cons The only complaint I would have is the interface is a bit drab. Though easy to use, the look is a bit outdated. Response from Vendor April 18, 2018 Brian, thank you for the positive review! Van Line Agents and Independent movers helped us to build a complete system to run your entire company. The user interface is actually designed specifically to reduce "travel time" of the mouse across the screen. We discussed using standard frameworks, however the big buttons and fields sizes where not as efficient as the more compact version you are using. I will mention that we have been working on a new core system that uses a different interface, this will be released in 2019... it will be very similar to the current, but with a bit more flash. All of our clients will be moved to that system after we have tested and retested... We look forward to showing you the new version to get your feedback. Allowing me to scan everything into the system and popping up reminders when things are do make my job a breeze. Cons I really have nothing bad to say about the product. The integrated accounting is what sets NetMove apart from other software providers. Having the automation, and the ability to go paperless and scan invoices into the system gives our clients "on-demand" information from anywhere.
