Its been great, I've gone through 3 different vendors and they had hidden fees or if you didn't meet certain criteria you got charged.

Pros

Payment processing the fee is great and rhe most affordable, nothing hidden like these other people.

Cons

Having to pay for text marketing,I wish this was like the email or included with the package also...

Overall gloss genius has been Absolutely amazing. Switched from Vagaro And couldn’t be happier with how much smoother things run

Pros

Appointment scheduling and rebooking reminders for all those clients who don’t like rebooking at time of service. Love that I can link to my Google business profile

Cons

Waiting a day for payments is not my favorite, but having lower processing fees makes it worth it for me!

Considering the several different booking systems I've used over my career, this has been by far the easiest to work with!

Pros

Every client that uses it says it's extremely easy to use when booking their appointments. Not one of them has had an issue when booking appointments online.

Cons

There were some reports that I wish are available for statistics on services, such as how many of what service I did within a specific amount of time.

I like the organization with each clients info with putting their formula in the notes and having pictures to sending out reminders for apt !

I don’t really have anything I don’t like! I’ve been very happy with gloss over the passed year in a half using it!

### "And It Only Keeps Getting Better..."

Its been an aweaome experience with Glossgenius. I shpped around for a while before choosing and I"m glad I took my time to do the research. The overall appeal of the schduling site is far more easier on the eye than other popular platforms. Gloss Genius will have my business for a long time.

Pros

Its extremely easy to navigate and set up. Its also visually appealing. The website options look expensive and luxurious compared to other schduling platforms.

Cons

Not all features are available via desktop and I wish more options were available to basic subscribers.

Pros

I love that it gives many updates on upcoming appointments. Also that it send them a link to leave a review . Super greatful for the glossgenius loans and how it pulls from each transaction. Helps a lot if needed . My clients always express how easy it is to book online.

Cons

How the updates are in the middle of our business days . When we can’t see our clients and have to use another form of payment. That’s not calculated into our total earnings .

### "My clients love GG and so do I! "

I signed up when I first opened a suit because the provider next door had a GG sticker on her window and said she loved it. Best decision ever. Customer service is fantastic. Clients are obsessed. Business coach loves that I can pull analytics.

Pros

Gloss Genius is so easy for my clients and I to use! They roll out much needed new features quite often. The analytics allow me to reevaluate consistently for health of the business.

Cons

I wish my clients could shop for product to pick up in person from the website based on current inventory. I wish I had additional analytics per client/ticket that seperate evaluate retail for per ticket and service dollars per ticket seperately rather thank service dollars, tip dollars, and retail dollar per client being averaged together. Wish I could set pop up notes for clients when I click their appt and the ability to add a landing page pop up on the website to that has the capability to display a custom message and an image. It would also be great if GG had capability for discount codes where I could set the expiration date and the name of the code. I would love this as an in between membership from the Gold to the Platinum (which is way more than I need as an independent hairstylist). I'm saying I would be willing to pay extra for these features to be integrated.

It has been amazing so far and have not had any troubles. Previous booking sites I used gave me more grief and troubleshooting required.

Pros

Easy online booking and appointment management. Has a great value and is more affordable than other bookings sites on the market.

Cons

I think it’s still growing its features and has great potential. I have only had 1 client say that it gives her trouble booking.

Wow i wish i have more space but the service is phenomenal and they listen to us they take notes on what we ask for like the packages this is awesome and i know it is only going to go up from there, just awesome 👌.

When i find one i will let you know, but for now any little thing i know will be taken care of everything cannot be fixed overnight i am patient

It used square for 4 years before I made the switch to gloss and my goodness it’s so much better. I really love that everything is ran in the app and I don’t need to get on a computer to access different things. I love how the transition was also 10/10! I really enjoy everything about it!

I love how easy the app is to work and that everything is in one place! Having access to my schedule and my website and being able to switch things around all in the app is the best!

Cons

How my card reader won’t stay connected to my phone and I have to connect it every time I need to check a client out.

The price was one of the main reasons but also the fact that gloss would move over all my clients and services and notes for me SOLD ME!

### "STay away from gloss it will ruin your business "

Horrible and unfortunate. Do not expect customer support to help you with any major issues that affect your business.

Pros

Nothing good to say about Gloss! Horrible company to work with. System glitches. Appointments vanish, Text reminders don’t send, credit card reader doesn't work and when I call company they tell me my issues will be issued a ticket and someone will get back to be in a day or two. Well I never heard back. This happen 4 times. 4 different issues. How do you conduct business if booking app is not working properly. They also over charged me twice.

I’ve had a awesome time using gloss genius! It’s very user friendly and makes my day go be smoothly!

Pros

Love how easy it is for my customers to use the gloss genius app! Gloss genius is very easy to schedule appointments! My customers love that they get reminders and are able to update things on their service on their own !

Cons

Don’t really like how on holidays or before holidays the funds don’t get deposited same day. But overall great!

My experience with gloss genius has been nothing short of amazing! In putting my clientele, contacting clients with current promotions and online booking has all been a breeze!

Pros

Easy, Affordable and Customizable. My whole experience with gloss genius so far has been amazing! It was very easy to set up for my new small business and I love all of the new features that have been rolling out within the past 6 months.

Cons

Nothing as of yet! There's only been one or two times where gloss genius was down but they contacted me immediately to let me know that they were on it and within 4 hours or less the problems were fixed.

### "The best booking app"

I have had a great experience with glass. It’s been very dependable and I love how they have honored my price for being a customer for so long.

Pros

The features include included in my plans price ! I went on maternity leave and stopped paying my plan and using the app and thankfully \[sensitive content hidden\] was able to honor my previous plan in price that really shows they care about their customers!

Cons

Nothing really I could think of. I like everything about the app. Nothing comes up to mind that I like least about the app.

My experience is 100 %percent the best! If I ever have an issue I call and it gets worked out. Always a great experience!

Pros

Adding employees . Emailing client's for marketing things I run. I can call gloss and they help you all the time. I love the quick payouts. The design of the platform I can choose what I want for people to see. And the referral program is pretty cool . There’s a lot of reasons why I love using gloss genius.com It alerts you when you get clients which is great! It also keeps notes on clients when your done it texts you hey boss. Which the first time I opened and seen that text. I cracked up. That was funny to me. I loved it! Oh and when you have that client come back it automatically send you by text the previous notes on the client. That’s cool!

Cons

There really nothing I don’t like about it . I love telling other estheticians about gloss and I’ve had some people sign up .
