Everyone is always polite and willing to help. I appreciate the follow up emails and the overall communication.

Pros

I love the growth I’ve seen over the 5 years that I have been using it. Your keeping up with the other applications demands.

Cons

I can’t say that there is anything. Maybe add more colors to the appointment grid. That will help refresh the app also to have the ability to have a product section for purchase products.

Overall love it! Also would like the pay reader to stay on standby. It takes way too long to check out clients.

Pros

Appointment management is superb. Online booking is easy. Cost is reasonable. Bugs and issues is minimal.

Cons

Took a little bit to figure out. Inventory could be better. Time to book is touchy. The scrolling is sensitive. Would like to put the categories for menu in order. Would like to put some services with 0 time limit.

I wish it had a single link for a certain service that I could provide on my socials. Like a current treatment in special Pricing

The ease, being able to do my expenses on here as well makes me stress less.

Cons

I wish you could book multiple of the same service for once check out. Sometimes i have a mother and daughter that both get the same service but i have to check them out separately.

Easy for clients to schedule! Also that I can add my own images to my gloss genius site. Let’s clients know what to expect when they come to my studio.

Cons

I wish gift card purchases were a little more clear for clients to purchase. It’s slightly confusing for them to see if the recipient received the gc. Etc.

I have loved gloss genius. Very easy to learn and easy for clients as well. It’s my first software to use and it was easy.

Pros

What I like most about GlossGenius is it is easy to use. Learning curve was easy. Online booking is great!

Cons

What did I least like about Gloss Genius? Only thing I could say is I like to run prepay sales and I hate having to make the deposit deferent from the actual price.

Pros

It’s super user friendly & looks amazing for my clients. The booking is streamlined & the automations are perfect so I don’t have to think about it!

Cons

I wish it had a referral program or points tracking system. I want to be able to keep track without doing it manually.

Pros

The ease of having it all on the app. It is literally like having your own apprentice! I also like how the payouts are available the next day.

Not enough website color choices or fonts or creativity. I wish it had more lash content for the website

It's easy to use and it has all the tools I need for my business. All my clients appreciate how easy it is to interact in my website.

Cons

It only let's me make the appointments with increments of 1hr. Sometimes I need to make appointments with increments of probably 30 minutes so I don't have many gaps between appointments.

What i like least about gloss genius is waiting to get paid. And the credit card fees. Are not my favorite.

### "False advertising, slow payouts and no customer service."

Terrible experience in every way. False advertising, payout issues, terrible customer service and just overall a terrible company.

Pros

So far, theres nothing I have liked about this product. They falsly advertise same day payouts, have terrible customer service and not worth the subscription.

Cons

They CLAIM you get paid the same day if your services are paid before 8pm EST. This is NOT TRUE. They have been holding hundreds of dollars and not paying out, which has already resulted in getting an NFT from my landlord, which puts my whole business at risk. Customer service is a waste of time, and they are no help whatsoever. I will be cancelling very soon, having this booking platform less than a month.

Slow payouts. I was looking for same day payouts which gloss claims to have, this isnt true. Squire was better.
