I dont like that with the basic plan we can’t use digital forms that should be for all subscription even if its limited maybe 15 a month or something but i still love the platform so far

Love the support and easy use for reminders I like that my phone calendar. \[sensitive content hidden\] is over to the lo platform. Makes it easy to send out reminder.

Pros

The reminders it makes it very easy for my clients to know when their appointments are and \[sensitive content hidden\] is very easily with my calendar. That’s already on my phone

Not easy to track income if you take payments through a different source I do not use the platform for payments and it makes hard to track my weekly income

For a single entrepreneur running a business, it is a great solution. Very user friendly and provides all the options needed.

Gloss genius is very responsive. I have not had many problems out of them. I honestly feel like my experience is a nine out of 10.

Pros

It was easy to navigate. I caught onto a lot of things very easily although it is a lot of stuff I have not discovered in the app or reviewed yet. I am still very impressed and when I am ready to use the other features, I’m sure it will be just as amazing as the basic features.

Cons

I would love more designs for the page maybe something where we can scroll left to right instead of up and down.

I don’t really have anything negative that I encountered. Only thing I wish would change is the payout. It like for maybe an instant payout feature. I wouldn’t even mind if it had a fee. Just access to funds right away would be great

I used it to book massage appointments. It did all the heavy lifting for me, from making the client aware of my no-show policy to sending out reminder texts before their appointment. I could also check out my clients with the app which helped me from needing a card reading gadget. It's costs we're also minimal compared to others I thought of using.

It’s awesome. I love how Gloss Genius is always aware of customer issues and I feel like the team always does their best to fix any issues immediately. It has everything I need to keep my business organized, presentable for customers, and easy to use for both me and my clients. Love the dark color layout on my end. Makes it so visually appealing and honestly was one of the main reasons I stuck with Gloss before even trying out any other website/booking site. It literally had everything I needed and loved from the beginning. I immediately went to Gold membership and haven’t looked back

Cons

There are a few things. I would be able to have the option to combine tickets. I also would like to be able to send customized text message to clients after booking. I also think a pop up message on my website that comes up automatically when the website loads would help as well because I prefer texts but my clients have no way of knowing that so I get many emails I miss. So an immediate message that pops up would ensure they see it and know how to contact me. A feature to enable and disable this would be cool. That way I can change the language or customize it as needed

It’s fantastic, my clients love that it’s user friendly too

Pros

I love the entire setup. GlossGenious is user friendly, both myself and my clients love it!

Cons

I wish Afterpay was offered as I had this feature with square before I made the switch.

It’s great very helpful, clean looking easy for clients to use

Pros

It’s like having a personal assistant and a front desk person

Cons

The gift card check out is a discount and it’s a little confusing when actually giving product discounts not discounting services
