### "How awesome GlossGenius is"

Awesome they listen and try to fix whatever my needs are

Pros

It's almost everything in one App, So I don't have to spend too much time booking clients.

Cons

They still don't have afterpay invoice pay or cashapp pay so I have to use square for that and for people can purchase products on my online booking doesn't off online purchase for salon products.

It was smooth. set everything up for me, so the transfer was not overwhelming. I also was able to take classes to get the most out of the software Vagaro was to learn, and Square just wasn't as helpful as the tech staff at GG.

I find it very easy to use All of my clients state how easy it is to use for the website online. I love that it build a website for you as well. Saves me a lot of money in the long run.

Easy to use Clients find it very easy to book online I like that you can leave notes for each client so you can come back and review them

Cons

Premium cost a little bit too much There’s really not that much. I don’t like about it. I wish that the premium wasn’t as expensive as it is because it’s got really nice features

My absolute fav by far out of all the apps or programs I have used!

Pros

I love that the app is eveything in 1! Sales, retail,website, expenses and everything for my taxes. It’s really helpful at the end of the year!

Cons

The websites could be set up way better. Better layouts and pictures . Not much a fan of the booking site … I’m actually going to be making an actual new website and then add the booking link through there .

I love it! I used square previously and I love Gloss so much more!

Pros

The convince of keeping track of all expenses for taxes at end of the year, online booking, inventory tracking etc.

Cons

I can’t set only specific days / times for a certain service. Example: I’m a lash tech and permanent makeup artist. It would be awesome if I could set availability for certain times for lashing and certain days or times for permanent makeup for online booking. Currently it’s just all open and a lash client can book on a day I need set for permanent makeup clients only.

I haven’t had any major issues with Gloss and I’ve been using it for about 2 years. I recommend to many and my guests comment on how nice the reminders are! Easy and effective to use!

Pros

Easy booking, easy to use, love the confirmations. I like the note taking feature and how it texts before and after each client to give the notes. I like the google review feature with gold

Cons

I wish there was a feature when checking out and rebooking that showed how many weeks a guest was there last to make rebooking out easy. I think the price is very high monthly compared to others and for how new the system is and there are glitches to be worked out.

I’ve had a pleasant experience the past almost 4 years of using gloss genius. I’m so happy I chose it as my software system.

Pros

I love that it does almost everything for me. The client notifications, the reminder texts, asking clients for reviews. It’s so easy for clients to use when booking and checking out, they’re always amazed and very pleased.

Cons

I just wish there were after pay and an easier way to check out gift cards, as well as the use of photos/videos in emails and texts.

It has absolutely made life easier without all of the crazy software and I find it super easy, beautiful, and convenient.

Pros

That it’s simple and easy for my clients to use, especially the older generation, while still appearing like a beautiful professional website bc of the customization.

Cons

That I can’t merge clients together who make more than one profile on accident. And that I can’t move my clients from the “week or day” view screen. I have to go into each appt.

It’s been wonderful. Whenever I had an issue with something they were super responsive and helped me. My clients also rave about the simplicity and easiness of its use!

Pros

The waitlist and the reminder texts! I always have people use the waitlist and I am always able to accommodate them! They rave about how helpful the reminder texts are. This has been helpful in raising my sales!

Cons

That you can’t add two of the same services per appointment. For example my client who has two kids can’t book two kids appointments at once. I also don’t like that you can’t view past appointments of a client when you click on them on the calendar.

Pros

I like the updates, to inform you about new clients about money transfers I like the goal settings.

Cons

Sometimes I wish the calendar Liyah will be a little different
