It has just what we need. Pros The email scheduling is the most used feature. It allows us to send emails to donors, followers, newsletter subscribers, and staff at certain times depending on response time requests and needs. As the Director I use it to send emails after hours to staff so they hit their inbox first thing in the morning or after lunch, which improves response rate. Cons I haven't encountered any cons for the purposes we use it.
