"Felt like I lost control"

**Overall:** It's ok but not worth the money. I felt that it was somewhat intrusive as well, without offering enough payback.

**Pros:** We used this for a while the idea being to replace our CRM system. It wasn't a viable replacement. Overall it's ok.

**Cons:** I stopped using it the free version wasn't good enough and the paid version didn't seem worth it. We are back to using our CRM.
