As long as I use my Cosmetology license, I will use MyCuts. Pros Very user friendly and I like that it keeps record of all of your clients! Cons Nothing in particular. I don't use the online option, so I wish I could choose a different package option that costs a little less monthly. Yes, you're right, sometimes confirmations/reminders aren't delivered because of the restrictions of the clients' email server. Great at keeping on top of stock. Pros It is so easy to use. Reminders and confirmations for clients are brilliant, I have had no missed appointments from clients since using this. My clients love this function. Cons Would be useful to do a block booking of appointments, ie book for whole week or for a specific amount of days.
