So far so good I've been very happy with the app and the customer service.

Pros

I love that it's fairly easy and simple look make it work professionally. It behaves well on android and on a laptop.

Cons

For example when I book in a client at 4pm then maybe a week later book in a client at 10am on the same day as the 4pm client, the 4pm client is still listed first on the my android app.

Pros

The fact I can have it on my phone, laptop and it is so convenient. I love that I can track my sales.

Cons

I'd like to be able to send out mass texts about promotions. It would make it easier to let people know what's going on. Let me know if this is possible and I just don't know.

The easiest way to get started is to tap the "Select" button from the clients list, then choose which clients you want, and then tap either the "text" or "email" icon. Pros

So easy and I love once you have everything programmed it does everything for you. Love this app!

Cons

So far I haven't come across anything I don't like accept for I wish when it sends my clients a reminder that it was my number or they can confirm with me through the number sending reminder. All in all I love the app

MyCuts has helped me quickly and easily schedule while I am on the go

Pros

What I like most about the software is that there are so many additional pieces of information that you can add to a clients profile or schedule Including notes, hair formulas, inventory and so much more!

Cons

The only con I would have is only having a minimum number of clients that you are allowed to have saved when you are not paying for the app. Otherwise, for a free app, it has given me much more use than any other Beauty apps that are much more restricted

We have one room to share with multiple operators to do pedicures. This app has been extremely helpful in scheduling that room so that no one overlaps! Love the app!

Pros

I like that you can put multiple stylists in and it’s easy to use.

Cons

Took me a while to figure out how to delete an appointment.

Easy booking tool for my appointments

Pros

I like the way my clients receive confirmation and reminders. I also love that my clients were stored in alphabetical order so they are easy to find when trying to book the appointments.

Cons

The way you have to cancel or rebook then cancel the previous reservation. I also wish there was a way for the client to book there on appointments online or on the app. It would be nice if the administrator received a reminder text or email for appointments

Easy to use, I am a nail tech I don't do hair but i use it and it works great for me I only work part time and wanted something I do not have to pay for since I'm only part time

Cons

Wish I had reminder options on there for me and the client. But I understand I'm using the free portion of the app so it is not offered

It reminds my clients of their appointments in a timely fashion. I like that I am able to depend fully on the scheduling for all clients. I also like that all my clients are saved in there.

Cons

I don't really understand the inventory part of it. I'm a mobile stylist and I need to figure out a way to make it work for me.

Always having my schedule at my fingertips, the automatic reminder to clients is great.

Pros

I like the simplicity of it. It's very easy to use and always at your fingertips. My clients absolutely love the booking confirmation and especially the reminder.

Cons

There is not much negative I have to say about this app. Sometimes there are glitches when trying to put in a new client. Once that was fixed I have no problem.

Easy of setting appointments & sending reminders. Keeping notes & info. I am able to keep hair notes & well as personal notes from client conversations to birthdays. Reminders help clients as well as my self being a busy professional.

Cons

Nothing at this time. Been using for a year & love it. I am really trying to come up with a dislike but cannot find anything I hate.

Love it to keep track of my clients. Easy to use. Love that it allows you to make so many custom changes like services offered and they different price for each one

Cons

I wish in my clients it could show past and future appointments. I need something that can show so I can know what to charge or how long it has been since their last scheduled appointment and what service they got done.

Jenyka, thank you for your review! In our latest update to our app, there's several ways to see all of your client's appointments. One way is to swipe left on an appointment in the list, then tap "More", then "View Client's Appointments." Also, you can just search the appointment list by the client's name and it will show all of their appointments. Please email us at support@mycutsapp.com for further assistance.

I like mostly the fact that all I do is put an appointment in and then the program reminds my client. Means more time to do my buisness and not worry about confirming.

There really hasn't been anything that I haven't liked! Like I said it's so easy to use and has been great for my everyday buisness!

That I can access a daily calendar and input services individually. It's easy to use. I don't have a lot of specifics that I like.

Cons

I think its price is WAY too expensive. Honestly, I am filtering through other apps and researching others that cost less and will switch to something else ASAP.

Cons

Not being able to block out personal time. It would be nice to block out time and name it as Daughters ball game instead of creating a ball game client.

Pros

It is a great way for independent beauticians and salon owners to book appointments!! It makes the life of a beautician so much easier!!

Cons

With this it's better to go into the software knowing exactly what you want to do, other wise things can get complicated but nonetheless it is a fantastic service!!

Pros

Very easy to use. It is a great way to seek new clients and recruit exciting clientele. Easy to manage.

Cons

It took a bit of time to download and get it set up and running. I believe the software can use more functions.
