No major issues, the support is very helpful and the documentation already present in the tool itself is well made and informative. I totally recommend using Kinderpedia for everyone that manages an education institution. The module has some bugs, nothing major, refreshing the page fixes it. Pros How fast they are moving with updating and upgrading their product with customer needs. When we look at educational realm, there is little time to take care of admin and financial stuff, though are important, yet not as the mission and objectives that we have as educational institution. Cons There are sometimes ocasions when on activities the students list doesnt load at all, no mater if you refresh or log out and log in Also I think you should be able to move activities in the past too and create recurring ones in the pas. I like that I can see statistics related to the kindergarten’s progress. What helps me a lot is that I can monitor all the conversations between parents and teachers remotely. Pros What I like most about the Kinderpedia app is that I have all the information in one place — including the billing section. Love this Pros I like the whole application. and the fact that we can record meals, sleep, check-in, check-out. The children's progress sheets, I like that we can record the children's attendance, we can record their absences, and thus, a clear record can be made of absences and attendances, which makes it easier to record the payment of the kindergarten fee. Cons I like it the least when I post the videos separately, I would like them to be posted together with the pictures. And I don't like that there aren't more reactions to the post (a heart, a wow emoji, or a sad, happy emoji) so we could see better the parents' reactions to the posts we make. I especially like the live chat groups because I can send a message to my students or parents instantly. Pros The fact thay I can use it easily both in my phone and laptop.Marking is easy as well. Pros Kinderpedia is a great platform for educators and schools, as it makes data tracking and statistics super easy! It literally has EVERYTHING you need in order to have seamless parent-teacher-student communication in one place. I love every feature - the student reporting/grading system, the attendance system, the news feed (maybe this is my favourite feature) and albums, and the messaging functions. I also really like that there are multiple ways to give feedback about each student, including really quick ones (such as the observation badges), as well as more detailed ones (comments and grades for specific skills and units). Cons A things I would improve on if possible: 1) Ability to upload more than 30 photos on a post (it used to be like that but then it changed) 2) Ability to upload videos from desktop version 3) I like the idea of the "live chat", however I absolutely never get notifications about it and always miss messages on it. Quick messages is much easier to track and I always get notifications about it. I'm not sure if maybe that's something in my notification settings.
