I didn't explore in detail all the features, but, anyways, it solved some of the problems that I had. Pros I like that I have all the main information in a compact format.We save the forests by using the digital gradebook.I like that the communication between family and school can be made in a professional way, not on social media or personal phone numbers. Cons Sometimes, I work late and I cannot add grades in the gradebook, because of the notifications on parent's devices.. 🙈I didn't find an option to start a live chat with a small group, without creating the group before.. It has everything included from attendance, invoices system integrated, payments check, class organisation, assignment for students and many other tools we don’t really need. Furthermore, you can easily send messages from teachers to students and internal team, so you no longer need Whatsapp. Pros We believe it’s the most efficient app in terms of organising any type of educational institution because it has all the useful tools you need. Cons In terms of invoicing, we’d have preferred the system to have an integrated facility for automatic transmission of the tax invoice based on the payment notification. Every time I look for something about a child(allergies, date of birth, name of the parents, check out/check in hour) I find it really easy, it’s just a click away. I also like the fact that you can have access to the school’s daily menu and have video conferences. I highly recommend this app to other schools Pros I love the fact that it is easy to use and helps me keep track of what a student is doing, how he develops in a period of time. I find it easy to communicate with parents and give weekly or daily feedback. Cons The only thing that I would improve - maybe letting teachers upload more than 30 pics per post. It is user friendly both from admin, teacher and parent point of view. I liked the intuitive way in which it is set up, so you can’t really have big problems with it. I very much like the marking system: it is no longer on paper, parents can see the marks immediately. Also, absentees can be marked in one click.Communication with parents is done in a professional manner. Teacher's lesson preparation is much easier. I am typing the full lesson plan in the timetable section. During the lesson I find all the preparation in one place: steps of the lesson, links, attachments, PPT, pictures, whatever I need to present the learners during each lesson in the timetable. Cons Live chat needs some improvements in structure. It takes quite some time to search and find a specific discussion/ link. The customer support is the best! Pros It's easy to use and intuitive, and we have all we need in one place for what we need. It has an invoice and payment module, menu planner, and chat, child development module, medical records don't have to use other apps for something else. Cons The Quick Messages module may be improved. If you want to search in sent messages history, you have to go through all messages to find the one you want to see. You can select the sender, but it doen't help much. It would be helpful to introduce a keywords search like in the inbox messages.
