It is compact, it has everything you need so no other softwares are needed. Pros The software is very modern, useful, great for mobile. It has lots of features, it looks very friendly and both parents and teachers love it. Cons There is really nothing that i don't like. It would be fantastic to add some HR features. And maybe other cost plans, specially for schools with a high number of students. Project Manager Education Management Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Kinderpedia for Educational Center Management" February 10, 2023 4.0 For us Kinderpedia helped to manage our clients in a more modern and pleasant manner than the Excell tables. It's easier to update, easier to avoid mistakes and it looks good to the clients too. The chat with customer care reps is a great tool to easily solve any problems or know how issues.There are features that we are not using enough or at all still, but we see good potential in the platform helping our project. Pros What our team likes most is the easy to use, intuitive interface and the very helpful and prompt customer service. The payment plans for each customer are a great tool as well. Cons The financial reports need more work after they are issued from the platform, to be used in our accounting department. The are some improvements necessary. It gives me a chance to have a financial situation overview and also it generates monthly reports of different activities. Kinderpedia made things more efficient for me. Cons It still has many bugs, the updates are done during working hours and they usually create errors that impede essential communication on the platform.
