Before using GetCalley it was a 3/4 step process of looking up the number in my CRM, dialling it on my phone, noting down the results in my CRM and then marking the call as done. This has been simplified a lot using GetCalley. I save a lot of time through this app. Pros Easy to use. Just upload a csv of the numbers you wish to call and then start calling one by one Cons The only way to add numbers is by uploading a CSV. Helps to make calling prospects a bit more fun or at least fast enough to get it done and over with without dragging on all day. The uploading and down loading is easy of I had a team probably would be even more useful. Pros Easy to use and installed on phone. Called and logged info on calls with minimal issue. Tech support when their product breaks down with phone updates. Cons Has a few bugs like getting stuck calling the same number again if feedback was not left but all the bugs get fixed by tech support as soon as they can find them.
