While there are areas that could be improved—such as deeper built-in marketing features and built-in loyalty and gift card options —the overall experience has been positive. With a few enhancements, MYR POS could become an even more powerful and cost-efficient all-in-one solution for restaurant management.

Pros

MYR POS is user-friendly and easy for our team to learn and operate. We appreciate the smooth order management, reliable performance, customizable features, and the ability to manage multiple locations efficiently. The reporting tools and integrations help us track sales and improve daily operations.

Cons

The dine-in (here) and takeout (to-go) ordering features could be improved by allowing both options to be managed more efficiently from a single tablet. Additionally, more built-in marketing options and promotional tools would be beneficial to help businesses create campaigns, engage customers, and drive sales directly through the POS system. Additionally, MYR POS could offer more built-in marketing features, including an integrated loyalty program and gift card system, to help businesses avoid the additional cost of third-party add-ons such as Data Candy. Having these features directly within the POS would make customer retention programs easier to manage. It would also be beneficial to have an automated “Review Us” feature that can be triggered after a certain period following an order, allowing customers to receive a review request at the right time. This would help businesses increase online reviews and improve customer engagement. More built-in promotional and marketing tools would add significant value for operators.

Best restaurant management system and the best part is this guys are taking every concern seriously and solving right away. Very easy setup and extremely safe. Malgré que le soutien technique soit uniquement en courriel, l’équipe répond assez rapidement et règle rapidement le problème. L’efficacité pourrait probablement être encore plus rapide par téléphone, mais peut-être plus compliqué pour leur logistique. Au final, ce n’est qu’un petit détail par rapport à l’ensemble de leur projet et qui est excellent pour un commerce de restauration rapide comme le mien.

Applications très faciles d’utilisation autant pour les employés que pour la programmation. Intégration avec plusieurs plateformes dont Uber et Doordash. Prix compétitif. Équipe sympathique.

Cons

Soutien technique en courriel seulement. Lorsqu’on appel, il semble avoir la possibilité de pouvoir parler avec le soutien, mais en réalité on doit seulement laisser un message vocal.

Good Experience, really user friendly and easy to train new staff or modify our current menu setting on their platform

Pros

It is simple to use for the employees and is one of the cheapest POS on the market. They answer most email really quickly when we have questions and their support website is clear for employees. The backoffice is also easy to use and change prices or add a new item

Cons

A couple thing lacking in the programming area. Since they want to keep it simple, some options are limited (like adding colors to menu item simply, having timed promotion on and off are currently not options on the system)

The lack of a complete loyalty program from the beginning was a concern, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Now that MYR has partnered with DataCandy, we are looking forward to the collaboration.

I like the system very much. It helps me a lot in my day to day operations. It has so many extra options that helped me a lot.

Pros

Quick customer service on on-boarding and we got everything delivered on timely manner. It also gave us financing opetion.

Cons

Little bit complex when we are using for the first time and also we have to explain everything to our team members as well but once you get used to it will help a lot.

FANTASTIC; out of all the available providers, we LOVE the MYR POS, because we can be part of the set-up and the layout and discuss our ideas.

Pros

Our Dixie Lee team loves the customer support; whatever we ask, MYR can customize just about anything. We know we can count on MYR whenever we have an issue and the MYR team doesn't stop until all our concerns are addressed.

Cons

We have not experienced an issue where we didn't like MYR. Whenever we have a concern or question the MYR team is available to address it.

Le syssteme MYR super facil modifier le menu a notre façon. J adore 🥰 execellent pour petits commerces ou grands .

Le service que j ai eu ce matin avec \[contenu sensible caché\] super patient , clair , execellent il a bien expliqué mon problème et avec la camera il voyait ce que je fesait donc ça allait super bien a deux . Mais le systeme caisse MYR je l adore facil a modifier a ajouter et mettre a jour ton menu c est instantanée . Contente depuis 4 ans . Merci équipe good job . 👍🏻

Cons

Selon les années ou le staff technique avant j avais pas eu un bon service,3 ans en arrière ce qui est mieux avec aujourd hui. Ou la dernière année . Donc bravo pour cette amelioration avant difficil avoir le support ou on recevais jamais les retours d appels lorsque problème pour facturation. Je devais me débrouiller seule . Ou si j en recevais on me fesait sentir tres tres mal si je comprenais pas . \[contenu sensible caché\] je sais tu est le master de la place , mais il faut travailler avec bcp de patience avec nous tes clients les propios (moi) de nos commerces . Ton dernier e mail un peu arrogant a mon avis. Si je peux me permettre. Me dire que une madame de 80 ans comprenais mieux que moi sans probleme.
