Pros Easy to set up with admin log in, easy to use for my staff Cons To connect all the POS with the iPad, printer and clover, you absolutely need customer service to assist you. No option to add lock screen with multiple user, only one code for the boss and that's it unlike Maitre D where the staff have to put their code before punching the order. Pros We opened a small café and wanted to keep ordering, table service, POS stuff simple. MYR is a counter service option with some table service options that was easy to implement. It does everything we need and costs a fraction of the typical restaurant POS systems. Cons The range of the network for table service is short - so it's a counter service option first. We were promised ease of use and connection with POS terminals but it has been everything but easy.
