Great system, great customer support. Still in the infancy stage i see just getting better.

Pros

Product is great, easy to use easy to update.

Cons

Missing features, updates can be a pain, colour coding will be helpful on main screen. Installation team left a lot to be desired.

### "Complicated for Butcher shop"

Pros

Ideal for single items and checking out.

Cons

When plugging in multiple items especially at the butcher shop, weights, very long and customers find the checking out very long. Would be easier if Koomi came with a scanner and be able to read our scales bar codes.

We use Koomi because we need to use the MEV system and we like the Sqaure app for its speed and ease of use. Koomi has allowed us to do this seamlessly. It’s fast and easy to use , if you have questions the support team is there to answer.

Pros

User friendly , works fast. Since starting with Koomi we haven’t encountered any problems so far , it’s been a smooth transition. I would recommend.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind because it is doing the job that it’s supposed to do.

Pros

Easy-to-use, especially in the restaurant industry where the employee turnover, is high, the system needs to be simple to use and this is what Koomi offers. Plus the opportunity to have a dedicated mobile app for my coffee shop is a huge must.

Cons

There are some leak of integrations but the team is really pushing integration with various software on the market.

I am really using it to train my new staff for serving and getting customers needs better met.

Pros

This is a great app for taking orders, seating guests to offer promos etc. Plus it takes so little to train staff as it is self explanatory.

Cons

Really there is nothing not to like about this software. May be if it was little cheaper it would help the payer's pocket a little.

Pros

I've been in the food & beverage industry for over 10 years and this is the easiest by far. It does a great deal for you, it is very easy to use and the support that is offered is outstanding

Cons

I feel like the program it’s self is super awesome but the costumer service takes while.
