Cons Although a lot is missing as well, the product is expensive with unnecessary license. Support fees are very high. Pros The uninstaller that is helpfully bundled in the ISO. Cons The UCMDB Browser is meant to work out of the box. It rarely does and is nothing short of a nightmare to configure using SSL and a Load Balancer. The entire product needs to be deployable from the cloud.
